my first blog entry:
I played the best I ever have, hit legovers, mirages, pickups and some around the worlds very consistently in 5 to 6 trick strings and I think 15 in the best one, I hit the clipper back to clipper stall, hit 2 pixie-legovers, and a butterfly on each side (which I havent been able to do since.. that pisses me off,) and I attempted double legovers but didnt hit any that day. Attempted illusions but landed only maybe one out of .. a lot of tries.
It was very fun playing with them because I landed a few tricks that I'd never even thought about trying before.
yeah.. wow.. looking back at this really makes me feel good.

Close to 5 hours is a shitload of footbag.

I already gave you props in real time, but I must submit the same encouragement in flog-form. 27 infinities! That's just ridiculous. You are blowing up, man.

Fat fucking props. I love that you love footbag.

27 infinities (why the hell do i keep dropping on 28..?)
ducking pdx illusion
ducking pdx mirage>legbeater

and double switch over twice for the first time.

uhh.. uhh... i think that's about it. big circle most of the time so it wasn't a very serious session but it was fun. Tomorrow will be fatty drilling.

I would kill to have shred partners, especially some with as good advice
but the first things that helps someone become a good player is motivation and practice, and more motivation and more practice!

I definitely agree. I'd be nowhere without lots of motivation and practice.

hit clipper>pickup and clipper>butterfly a few times with barefeet and pants... I remember maybe 8 months ago i could barely stall a sandmaster on my feet at the beach. :D

Thanks Davey. Had a fucking ridiculously good time this weekend in San Francisco with Emily, Joe Crane, his girlfriend Liza, and Ahren Gehrman. I'm only 19 but I got into this bar with them. Really awesome people; Joe fed me guinness all night..ended up getting to Ahren's about 3:30 I think, and then session the next day, then kickass thai food with jeremy afterwards.

sessioned with: jeremy, emily, joe crane, dustin rhodes, ahren gehrman, cameron kennedy, brian fournier, and carol wedemeyer! So sick. I hit a bunch of good stuff, I was really inspired to push my game watching everybody bust. had some great tiltless and guiltless strings, some good ducking stuff, torques, drifters, whirls, p drifters, p whirls (though on one side only) etc. all my usual stuff. one particular sick 3 which i think im going to get on film and submit I hit clean, which was muted tapdown>blur>atomic symposium butterfly. :D

got a lot of sick footage today, and had a fucking great time hanging out with everyone. looking forward to posting a vid of it.

stepping mirage bsos

uhhhhhh i dunno, lots of good stuff. got some footage, gonna take footage of some portion of every session i have while im out of town and put it all together. it'll be sick.

tapdown>ducking butterfly>footed ducking pdx mirage
legbeater>blur
smear

lots of the same stuff i've been hitting.

meh. seems like im bothering to remember specific stuff i hit less and less. some ok runs. kind of a lazy session, it was hot outside and it was just dave and I... and i am a lazy sonofabitch. Been smoking too much lately. I'll play harder tomorrow.. session with dave and chad.

played last night with chad and dave at hb parking lot.

though i didnt hit anything new, i feel like progress had to have been made.

hit flip p whirl pretty clean a few times, footed p whirl to p whirl and ripwalk to p whirl

ripwalk>drifter
butterfly>osis>pdx mirage and butterfly>far osis>pdx mirage in same run

same stuff, ducking butterflies both sides, ducking pdx mirage both sides, ripwalk bsos, blur both sides, legbeater bsos, tapdown bsos,
eggbeater>dlo

tried the challenge combo of crispy eggbeater>toe whirl>pdx illusion rpt and failed miserably.. i hit the first trick both only :(

came close to blurry whirl at the end of the session.
