Well, The title says it all. Should be an entertaining read. Let's hear them. (They don't have to be footbag related, mine just happens to be)
The best day of my life had to be Day 2 or 3 of Worlds '04 in Montreal. I woke up from partying the night before, and sleeping on tile floor using my hoody as a pillow (because Brad Nelson and I switched who had the bed every other day). The freestyle competition hadn't started yet but everyone went to the a museum located a few block down St. Catherine to kick. (Just hearing the name St. Catherine brings back a rush of good feeling) Shred was awesome. I hung out with my best footbag buddies in the world: Brad, Hood, and Bob Glasser. I kicked hard and in just about as many circles as I could. Then Eric Windsor grabbed me and said "I'm tired. Step in." Well, before I looked where I was stepping, it happened to be in a circle containing Pete Irish, Honza Weber, and Vasek Klouda. Of course, I had to follow Vasek's absurd showing every pass of the bag but it gave me energy. There was even once where Vasek dropped on a midstring Triple ATW and passed it to me, and I busted it first try. Haha, the circle and about 100 people watching all had a good laugh. After I left the circle, Brad Kaplan pulled me aside and said, "Only a handful of guys at this tournament could have stood in that circle the way you did." (Thanks Brad. That meant a lot.)
I left the shred to go get some of the famous 99cent pizza that was advertised everywhere. And joining me were two tremendous and brand new acquaintences: Loren Baum and Mike Hansen as well as close friend, David Clavens. (You guys were great to chill with.) When I got back to UQAM, Henmo of Team Japan invited me up to their international pad to chill and I had a long conversation with him, Yusuke, Massa, and the only female Japanese shredder at the tournament who I am embarassed to say I forget her name. (You guys were some of the coolest cats I've met in my entire life) I still have the pad of paper that everyone scribbled down some Japanese words on, in an attempt to teach me some basics. I also have Henmo's routine CD which he gave to me in exchange for my Coheed and Cambria CD (I just remembered about that. I thought I lost that coheed CD).
From Massa's room, I went outside the dorm/hotel to watch some shred. That is when the running joke of the entire tournament hit me full force. Everyone was going on and on about how they wanted to go to Pussy Corp. The dirtiest, cheapest looking strip club in Montreal. As soon as I crack a few jokes about it and a few brews, Jack Keller stands me up and pulls out some marine arm lock on me and Josh Benham as he drags us to the sinful auditorium with a 15 year old kicker from Jersey (who remains nameless for legal reasons) trailing behind. Most of the tournament's attendance were outside and not a single one would help me escape Pussy Corp. Haha. To our horrir and lack of surprise, the fine establishment we visited was completely empty. Not a customer to be seen. It was an all-you-can-eat uncomfortable vibe buffet. This, however, didn't stop Jack from buying his young Jersey friend a private room lapdance. The look of fear on his face when he said "What do I do?" was priceless. And Jack, Josh, and I laughed the entire 15 minutes we were there waiting. After, we were through with our business, we returned to the UQAM and I immediately showered.....twice. And went to bed realizing that I would never forget the events that unfolded that day.

"Footbag can be pretty frustrating when it's supposed to be fun. I was partly driven by this forum - practice, practice, practice... As that is true, I think someone can be too focused on progressing and training that they miss the fun aspect of it." - Bander87

I remember that circle too. You hit Blurry Torque, and the crowd didn't even react.
And yeah, I remember that story being told upon your return. I seem to recall him saying the private dance wasn't long enough though. Something about her asking him to take off his pants?
For me...hm!
Montreal 2004 was undisputedly, the best week of my life thusfar. Straight up. However, it's really difficult to pin point a specific day's events.
Perhaps I'll go with the night I got back from the competition at the Rialto, decidedly too tired to do anything else but sleep. I got into the elevator by myself at ground level, headed for the 7th floor. Well, turns out, the elevator had to make a stop at the 2nd floor...where I found a circle with Ryan Thomas, Mike Anello, barefoot Felix Zenger, and about 15 more players just lying around the outside of the room watching. Felix footed Gyro Alpine Food. Barefoot.
Clearly, I had to stop and watch.
Well, eventually the circle finishes up, and Jon Schneider turns to me and says, "So do you want to kick for a bit?". I look at my watch. 3:00am.
"Yeah, I can do that."
We ended up kicking until about 7:30am (with Connor Campbell and Ricky Holton also). It was easily one of the best sessions I've ever had ever. Smog bs, Pigbeater bs, assassin bsos...this is the kind of stuff that was very difficult at the time, and I was hitting it at 5:00am, and I was getting props from THE Jonothan Schneider.
Connor and I had chosen to just "stay up" for the rest of the night...we headed to the shred location wayyyyy early and slept for about 5 hours on the grass under the sun. When we woke up: Footbaggers everywhere.
SO great.
Oh, and then the following morning at about 6am: Chad + zombie photoshoot. Who could forget that?
