Getting paid to shred

Well, the event is just over a week away. Does anyone have any input on how i should go about making this the best it can be?
I'm talking build-up, trick selection, intensity, handcatches, working the audience, closing trick or combos.....

We are just talking about a routine probably similar to your one that I did last night, you might find the discussion usefull.

Good luck with your routine! I would definatly say play well below your level and don't drop!

Also start out easy and try to save as much energy for a big ending as you can.

I've been following that thread too. Big props man, public performance is the first step toward footbag being thought of as a legit sport and realistic pastime. Not to mention, if you are regularily performing infront of large crowds, there is the possibility of sponsorship.

I'm actually considering sending Redbull or Gatorade a memo, asking them to observe my event and to possibly sponsor me in the future. Basically I would wear their shirt, and be seen drinking their product at the event for $$$. Who knows...they just might do it!!!
