Oh that was why it was white foam? Get real, I was with Kaushik and Dane earlier and then stayed an hour extra to practice.
I coughed it out on my steering wheel- eeew :x

I've never thrown up from playing footbag but I did once at touch footy training doing some fitness training - we were doing 200 m sprint reps i think - with 30 second rest between each rep and we did 6 or 8 (I forget) and after the last one I threw up.

at the first Kick Til You're Sick, Trevorr Hibbs hit 5 new 5 add moves on both sides, and threw up at the end of his session. He literally kicked til he was sick. it was awesome. Poor guy can't play any more because of a bum knee...

Quite some time ago...probably at least a year and a bit...I was playing on the HMV stage at West Edmonton Mall with Rory. Or was it Byrin. I can't remember, all I remember is trying to hit Atom Smasher > Atom Smasher for about 45 minutes. Going hard. The entire time.

Then I hit it.

Then I sat down...and didn't move an inch for another hour, for fear of throwing up right then and there.

Luckily my girlfriend was late for meeting up with me, so I got to stay in one place for as long as I did.

It was terrible, but at the same time it felt great to breach a plateau like that.

Yeh ive never thrown up from playing, but have felt sick sometimes from exhaustion or drinking too much water or eating too much beforehand.

I gotta say though, im surprised it took you 45min to hit that Kevin! With a toe game like yours?

Well I am impressed.

I've run until I threw up. Played soccer until I threw up. But I've never played footbag until I threw up. That's intense. PUKE PROPS!

Yeah, I was thinking again about the timeframe, and it must have been like...January of 2004. Atom Smasher was no easy feat.

Yeah... And once I was playing and then I had fever right after, thought I was totally healthly beforehand. And yesterday I had dizziness.. and I wasn't practicing spins...

I've never puked from footbag, but i think i've come sorta close.

I did however, puke from a workout. I used to do alot of olympic lifts back in the day when i weight trained. My buddies and i were doing a Cross Training workout. i think the workout was do as many pull-ups you can do in 5 minutes, then as many push-ups in 5 five minutes, then as many sit-ups in 5 mives, then as many air squats in 5 minutes. you could only take like a 30 second break in between the different workouts. at the end my whole body was jelly, and i chilled on the couch for like 10 minutes, then went and ralphed in my friend's toilet.

the workout may have been different time intervals...i really can't remember, it was like 2 years ago. those kind of excersises are called Tabaddas, because they are used to Badder your Body

As an afterthought I think the carbonated/caffeinated energy drink helped do it to me. It was carbonated so jumping made my stomach full of foam, and the caffiene promoted me to keep going and going. Stay away from the new energy soda drinks IMO.

You know what is the most fun?

Waking up at 7:00am and throwing up until 2:00.

Nothing better than that gosh darnit.
