White sweat?

Does anyone know why white sweat exist? Last sesson it almost looked like milk. I know water turns white when there is a lot of air (oxygen) in it, but I don't know if that's the case. It usually starts at the end of the session. Perhaps I'm missing something my body needs? Guess I should just start drinking more.

The only times when I've had white sweat I've had sun lotion on.

Sweat is white, because there are sals in it, so if there is too much sals and they can't dissolve in sweat, then it can be white.

I don't know if so much sals in sweet means that you have not enough or too much minerals in your body.

You could do some reasearch with google or smth.

That;s what I would think too, is your not drinking enough, so your sweat has more salt in it.

It could be your deoderent mixing with your sweat. This happens to me sometimes , and it looks just like milk.

Sweat contains between 2.25 - 3.4 grams of salt per liter.

if your sweat gets any more white, you should see a doctor. It could mean you're dying.

I've only experience white sweat with deoderant as well.

Normally after a sesh, if I don't shower, my skin tastes salty.

I have never licked myself before

Ah yeah, it is deorderant I think... it's mainly the sweat that goes down my arms.

Happens almost every damn hard session to me. It's mostly (like everyone said) Deodorant I guess but of course your sweat also contains a certain amount of salt so I guess it's the mixture of it

Never really given this any thoughts because sweat is sweat and something that comes out of your perspiratory glands usually isn't dangerous

Actually I've never heard of someone having too much minerals or something like that...

Acuatly, I think my middle school track coach who works with health stuff took a bunch of tablets and stuff before a race and said he was actuatly sweating white or something.

it happened to me a few sessions ago and I joked that I didnt wash off all the soap like Kramer on Seinfeld. I think its just lots of sweat and then some friction from your arms flailing foams it up.

Does this so-called 'white sweat' only happen whilst wearing the 'flaky-white-stuff,' or does it happen with the superior Gels as well?
