Played today for 1.5 hours.

Pretty lazy stuff.

Practiced Torques eggbeaters flip ps whirls pdx whirls and all that etc etc...

FUCKING HOLIDAYS 2 WEEKS GO COMMONWEALTH GAMES!

Phasing osis + crispy torque > ripstein in the OS
Almost Crispy Bigwalk (Gyro shooting ss clipper)
Ps whirl > whirling swirl > run
A few Whirlwinds..

Shred yesterday+ today:

Yesterdays session: 1 hour

Schooled alot of flipside stuff, mainly stepping and swirls. for half an hour.
Schooled ripstein for other half an hour.

Results:
Barfly > ripstein
Symple Swirl > ripstein
Better flip swirls.

Todays session: 3 hours
Played with Janis, i played shitty as hell but it was a good session.Janis is getting more consistent with his basics which is encouraging!

Results:
Nothing apart from a few good runs.

Only highlight was.

Far legover pincher

Some run starting with ps whirl, including barfly, torque, symp whirling swirl and whirlwind to finish.

FIgured alot about Vaseks and Felixes clippers. It seems they have their supporting leg turned more inwards compared to the other shredders and its really not THAT much about ankles.

I had a shred yesterday for 1.5 hours.

I had a session today which was good. With Scott and Dan

Scott recently broke his rib and hes come back today awesomely. DLo's bsos everywhere, spinning bsos everywhere, and also DSO and paradon! He hit crispy dlo > dso which was cool

I had an awesome session for myself...i hit a few flurries and some midrun, and i dont recall dropping 1 today which is good...

some stuff:

Blurriest > ripwalk > ripwalk > blurriest

Pogo Pdx drifter
Flurry > Toe symp whirl to start run...
Had Phoenix > ps whirl > flurry close..

Sessions:31 (20 shred 11 solo)
Hours: 2.5 + 1.5 = 4
Total hours: 55 Hours
Avge: 1.77 Per session

I made it past 5o hours in the hols

That was a top session yesterday, it was soooo good to have a proper shred again. Tough going after a long break, like 2.5 hours in 31 degrees, pretty much the two of us for most of the time. Lucky for me you were hitting pretty long runs.

You were really hitting some awesome runs, the blurriest ripwalk run was a highlight, during busking as well, talk about turning it on for the crowd, that was the money earner! haha
