What insoles do you use...

so, at finishline.com alone there are 3 or 4 different types of athletic insoles, ranging from $14.99 to $39.99. I'm wondering if there is a large difference between these, whether the extra $ is justified for the more expensive models etc.

I have dr scholls athletic insoles in my current lavers, but i've been using them for almost 8 months of shredding, and they're about to bite the dust... so im ordering new lavers and new insoles... just not sure whether or not to shell out the extra cash for insoles that claim to be superior.

thoughts? what insoles do you use?

i've heard that spencos are the best, though i've never used them.

I tried SuperFeet insoles in my G-units (wich prolly don't need upgraded insoles). I almost never use my Goonits, but the insoles are comfortable. They were almost $40.00, so they'd better be nice... they were suposedly designed by proffesional piediatricians who wanted to maximize blood circulation and shock absorbtion.

As I said, I rarely use my G's so I can't say if all that stuff makes a difference or not...

I use "Sof-Sol" Athletic insoles.. they cost $15 or $20 at sport's authority.

I wore spencos for 2 pairs of shoes, then decided to try the standard laver insoles. They felt fine, so I haven't bought another pair of insoles since.

Spencos Cross-trainer insoles are the best insoles I've used so far. They are a bit thick, but are very comfortable and can absorb a lot of shock.

Spencos all the way...I've been using mine for 3 years now and they look new and smell good.

Stock insoles are no good, they'll kill your knees in no time and the rest of your body especially if you are as heavy as I am (187.393 lb).

The only thing I don't like about specos is that they are kinda heavy, stock ones feel much lighter which is crucial when you are size 12 (which I am

).

Oh yea, did I forgot to mention at Worlds 2005 I saw Vasek pull insoles from his Adidas sinkers and put into lavers...

but yea, spencos are worth investion, there's no question about that.

oh! ive tried a couple of different types of insoles, and i can say that spencos are the best i have ever had, i used to have a small knee soreness problem before i got them, and now its vanished, so yeah i <3 spencos they are the best IMO
