they should have let them name it metal up your a** like they were going to people would have responded with uproar and metallica would turn the us into a monarchy run by metallica!

I met Kirk Hammet a couple of times. He came in to the shop I work at. The first time we were both grumpy and just grumbled at each other. The second time we made small talk about the weather or some shit. He was still grumpy. Drives a big black SUV. I like some of their old stuff. S & M was cool I thought.

I used to love Metallica. I don't really like the new stuff either though.
I think they must throw some wicked concerts though. I've only seen videos, but they looked soooo good!

King Nothing was always one of my favourite songs, but, really, they're all super.

metallica was the reason i kept playing guitar.

i learned all of hetfields parts. he was cooler i think. but whatev.

i used to jam to met all day long. now i dont have the cds. well... a few... i should get those back out............

I would have liked to learn how to play the guitar, but way too many people already know how. It's really the only reason why I don't play the guitar.

Doing something just because other people don't do it is just as dumb a reason as doing it just because other people do.

you're missing out. not just on the music, but the social and romantic benefits that come with it as well.
