Do you mean toe spinning mirage or toe GYRO mirage?
Your Job's describes gyro, not spinning (dexing with the opposite leg as the setting foot). Gyro is a LOT easier, so if you're not, you should start with that.
Toe backspinning is HARD -- way harder than clipper backspinning, clipper inspinning, or even toe inspinning. Can you do clipper spinning (paradox) mirage and clipper gyro mirage really consistantly? If so I would practice your toe spinning basics over and over and over. If you can do toe spinning and gyro toe stalls, then pull a Rory Dawson and link those as much as you can. Work on toe spinning toe > toe gyro toe [repeat] over and over again. Once that is second nature try the toe gyro mirages again!
Job's Notation:
Toe Gyro Mirage: toe >> (back) spin [BOD] > op in [DEX] > op toe [DEL]
Toe Spinning mirage: toe >> (back) spin [BOD] > same in ["PDX"][DEX] > op toe [DEL]
Here's a video of Rory and I. We're doing toe-inspinning, but it's very similar...just easier.

Notice how fast Rory whips around on his second toe in-gyro mirage! That's how you want to spin on toe backspinning! Set high enough and just GIVE ER.
