JERSEY SPIKE AND SHRED 2006

Post by Outsider »

Hi Everybody!

Its the news you've all been waiting for:

The second annual Jersey Spike And Shred is ON!

We haven't worked out all the details yet, but its more or less like last year's event: Music, Parties, and FOOTBAG on Memorial Day Weekend, ALL WEEKEND (thats May 27, 28, and 29, Sat., Sunday, and Monday) here in Somerville, New Jersey, 08876 (actually, the Friday Night beforehand at the classic car show was my favorite part last year, and that is definitely on the menu for this year too, for anyone who wants to roll in a little early).

I will be updating here and on Footbag Dot Org on a semi-regular basis as we finalize more details like the schedule of events, accomodations, and directions, etc.

Update: Host Hotel info: Hillsborough Days Inn
118 U.S. Route 206 South, Hillsborough, NJ 08844
908-685-9000
http://www.daysinnhillsborough.com/

We have double rooms reserved for $75.00 a night.
Ask for the rooms reserved for the Jersey Spike & Shred
Reservations should be made by May 19.

I wish I could make this, but I'll be in Vancouver for birthdays/graduations. Sounds like a blast though.

Don't worry, Paul. If thats what it takes to lure you down to Jersey, we'll get some bells for you.

everyone should come for my event and stay for the week. Insanely enough, the towns are practically right next to eachother.

Tom: Obviously. If you didn't get my PM, we need to sort out how the tournament schedule is looking this summer, and assign driving duties. We will discuss this further. But try and be on msn sometime, ballnuts.
