Why is juice net bag so good?

Post by Commodore »

I read that a net bag has to be firm and round. I haven't tried a net bag yet but I'd like to get into the wonderful world of footbag net. Why is juice better than legend net bag? They're both made by the same guy.

Hey Ville,

The Hammer is the best in my opinion, its the 62 panel you can get from pro kicker or footbagnet.com. They are made of some crazy ass synthetic where as the Juice and Legend are just vinyl which stretches and wears the net bag out quicker. The synthetic retains its shape and durability much longer.

Hope it helps,

Ben

don't bother supporting juice or flieing clipper. they don't care much about net or freestyle... they are all jugglers. They promissed me 100 bucks for my tourney several years back but bailed at the last min.. plus they talked some WACK stuff with MR abshire.... I hate for real flaming but these guys realy don't care to much about footbag anymore. flieing clipper is based in eugene so I have had some contact with them in the last few years.

Ben (footbinc) is right, vinyl is no good. I also agree that a 62-panel is better than 32 in netbags. You can trust us, we've been playing net for a long time.

Actually, if you want a 62-panel netbag, PM me. I'm selling them for 12€ a piece. They're similar as the Prokicker ones and the Worlds2005 netbags which I got for Worlds.

Have fun playing net,

Matti

Flame ON > Flying clipper tried to sue stichers making the best freestyle bags, well actually only Richie as far as I know, but that's only because he is selling more bags than FC in their prime. Undoubtedly, if $STITCHER became popular and was selling lots of bags they would sue $STICHER too.

Supporting flying clipper hinders the advancement of footbag.

I think those prokicker bags are a good bang for the buck.

Hey Ville,

Get the one from Matti, cause he is like one small boat ride away from estonia and prokicker is waaaay over in Canada.

Ok I still haven't bought a bag for playing net but summer is coming up soon and I have been thinking maybe I should buy a sepak takraw ball instead? My friends aren't good in footbag anyway and I can't play it alone.

Tom's got a takraw ball (and I live with tom, so it's like I do too) and if you can pick one up, they're a lot of fun to kick. They're no net bag, but you can totally play inside, off of walls, in bare feet. They're just super light and versatile which is nice. Get the one that's 8 inches or so in diameter (~20cm) for maximum playability.

What really sux is fc still manages to sponsor worlds with their weak ass 100-500 sponsorships each year. You see clips of Vasek with the fc banner in the background??? Someone has to buy them out and make it clear they are no longer welcome with their ridiculous 32 panel patent.

well, the short version is that i put a 32 up for auction on ebay and got an email after it had been up for a few days informing me that if i continued to do so, i would be in serious danger of legal reprocussions, etc. i asked specifically what was patented, as i made my own templates and everything, with my own measurements, so it clearly couldnt be the exact same product as what they were selling. the guy who emailed me (dont recall his name) informed me that every part of the design was patented, down to the number and shapes of the panels...

umm yeah FC can rot in hell, they do nothing for the advancement of this sport, instead retarding its evolution by throwing little money grabbing desperate lawsuits around at people who didn't even know they existed, because they're worthless.
