I was doing attempting Torque > Spinning Osis, I landed in a divot in the ground. My ankle cracked like celery and went in a complete 90 degrees to my calf. It hurt for about 10 minutes and then was completely alright. :?

I think I was just very lucky on that one! Actually, not that I think about it, that was the only major ankle injury I've had in my life. The closest injury to that was when I kicked a guy's knee while playing soccer and I couldn't walk on it for about a week.

ive done it 6 times now, 5 on my right ankle and 1 on my left. The first time ever was at GRASS last year, i was warming up and i didnt even have the bag, but i was jumping up and down loosening my leg muscles and my right toe caught the mat and i cranked it pretty bad, couldnt even stand for a few minutes, but i didnt even miss my turn with the bag. it got swollen after the session that night and the next day i twisted it again. it really sucked.

the most recent one was my left ankle. I was trying flux and when i illusion dex, i crank my ankles, and this attempt, i didnt flatten my foot out and turn into the osis, i landed right on my cranked ankle, and then my right foot came down on top of it. I sat for 15 or so minutes, and iced it and then i started playing again. it was fine but the day after and right up til now my left ankle is swollen like a balloon from the front outside of my foot to half way up my shin on the outside. it sucks, but i think icing it has really helped a lot, as well as wrapping it and walking on it.
