So yeah my demo went ok. The time I was on at kept getting pushed back which was a little annoying because I couldn't follow my normal warm up but I think it was for the best since I was pretty cold to begin with. I had a far few drops - like 6 - 8 I guess including a few cues and I missed some others. Still the crowd loved it of course and it felt good

Word up: Three posts in one day!

Played again last night
. Just drilled stuff - flip pixie moves, flip dlos, spinning, torques, flip whirls and drifters. Was hitting smog bsos really easily which was good. Have set a goal of smog>pixie ss dlo repeat to hit soon. Also flip fog is feeling pretty strong.
Have been churning out footbags also - have been making just under one a day so that's good.

Yeah cheers.
Had a shred today with James and Brian. Brian is finally back from Sydney - I was a little annoyed at him for not hooking up with the footbaggers there but those guys are pretty scary. I played really well today - the best I've played in ages - lots and lots of long runs. I guess I wasn't trying to hit anything really hard but it was nice to feel so strong and cosistant. It's great to see such a quick improvement from starting to train every day again - gives me good motivation.
Anyway must get a milo before going back to work

You mean you want to go to a Cantebury Bulldogs NRL game?Hey speaking of which, can we go see a riot when we have the jam later on in the year? We don't have to stay for the whole thing. Are there like tours or something?
Surely you don't want to see a riot that badly.

Hey blog readers.
So I've now had drilling sessions of at least an hour (most have been 2 hours ) 6 days in a row. Today I drilled down at the PCYC with Glenn and briefly Jorden. I also worked on some new juggling tricks - learnt a cool multiplexing pattern that you can do with 3 balls, 4 balls and 5 balls (and probably more if you're good). I can easily do it with 3 and 4 but 5 was a bit of a struggle - mainly becauase I can't split well enough. Also footbag is going well although I had a bit of ankle twinge today so didn't put too much stress on it. Damn the weather sucks though.

So seven days in a row now
. I rock.
A few highlights from last night:
sumo>double pickup
fog>smog bsos.
Been drilling flip dlos and spinning mainly. Feeling really strong. Maybe it's my new diet too - I've been eating super well the last week too. Especially with a goal of eating at least 50g of protien every day - usually as tuna - which is great for building muscles apparantly. Also working on getting 7 different fruits or vegies and lots of carbs and iron and zinc.

So I've easily been managing my task of drilling every day. It feels good. Also worked 9 hours yesterday and went to the pub for a quiz night with some friends. I did ok - I have good knowledge of politics, history and geography and got a few questions for the team - which country became a republic in 1792 (france) and who was the president of North Vietnam from 1954 - 19whenever (Ho Chi Minh) although I got a stupid question wrong - what book to Mike Moore write in 2002 about the US election and couldn't get - what is the country found between France and Spain (angola). I drank some nice beer though - a bohemian pilzner (Madilda Bay of course) a James Squire Goldern Ale (Malt Shovel) and a Cascade Pale Ale. Also had a kick when I got home - although being drunk didn't make it specifically good.
Anyway must go kick now.
Peace

Peace
So still playing every day
. Had a mega session last night from like 11 - 3 am. Mainly venting some pent up agression I think. Been a little frustrated about some footbag things lately - although other things are going well so it balances out. I always get in trouble for writing about this stuff so I can't give any details. Rest assured I'll get a few emails from different people asking me if whatever they're involved in is the problem. Confidently I can say that if you're emailing me that's not the case.
Um, can't remember any of the highlights from last night. Oh some spinning drills - none of them particularly hard but nice to see improvement! - pdx drifter>spinning osis repeat. Ripwalk>spinning butter repeat. Some other things but I forget.

So still been playing lots. Not much to report. Thought this combo was fairly sweet - fog>fog. Would like to hit more out of it but my toe fog is fairly weak at the moment. Destroyed my brother in chess the other day. Had control of the game pretty much from the opening. Also went and saw V for Vendetta with him. I liked the beginning - with it's anti war message but think it's a very silly movie and don't really think the issue it addresses is valid. Also have injured my shoulder somehow - not really sure how and have still been playing on it but it's annoying.
Not much else to say.

Injured sholder... sounds like you might have to give up the chess Jeremy.
