small session today,i mostly went easy and did most basics in some form of a drill.clipper and toe to toe stalls i had a new conseq record.i didnt count em,but it was way more than the last few times.
then i tried duckings lately, had some cool diving and zulu clippers.i like em,but sadly i had no way to see how high the bag was above my neck,so i would have to make a new vid to see it ;) oh...allmost forgot.i hit 3 butterfly swirls and a pdx butterfly swirl.hopefully i can dial em down till summer, such a nice move...

oh and...i am going to todexon!whos there too?so i can get exited beforehand! :D

too everyone that has a good video camera, what are you using?please tell me,i wanna buy a new one,or maybe an older model, but i dont know what model to get... :(

there were a few threads about cameras a few weeks ago - maybe you can get something interesting out of these.

i had a sweet small session yesterday,i had a few newhitters...was such a nice feeling.here is what i hit cool:
ps swirl, legover drill x 52, datw bs, pixie butterswirl(was triing just for fun,and finally hit it,also footed the pdx version)

the i today played again a bit,had a few long tiltless runs, were cool,i hoipe i can increase my run length.then i tried a sweet set i found about a few days ago,its called noe,and is a inside set fairy.that was sweet, and i think it will help my regular fairy cause i have to use the hip way more.could manage a few basics out of it!

yeah, jochen, you know...i´m a unussual guy,so,i just need to bust out unussual tricks...remember my affinity for pimpy sets...lol....uhm,yeah i worked on that a bit,its like pimpy but totally different  its like, you start ducking the bag, then when its over you,you give it a slight bump with yur shoulder and then something....sounds crazy?it is!its one of the things that accidantly happen to me when i try too duck the hack! :D

elsewise nothing special happend.i again shredded outside today,i was so sweet.had a few long basic drills.since some dudes tell me to work my flipside more i will now work it just a bit more so you will get kicked out of you lavers the next tourney we meet!!!i am so bothsided!at least on my basic tricks :P well,i consider all pdx variations of my basic tricks basic too! :)

anpther weekend wasted in alcohol and partiing.

nothing footbagish happend, well,we had 19° outside today,so i decided to have a little shred outside, just as i wnated to leave the house my buddys called and suggested going to to a lake and chill out and stuff,so we did,and i had a nice basics drilling session with my 2 padawan learners.both have toe stalls and kicks down now,one of em evetually tried a few atw´s and he is so close...

we need to keep working, and with a weather like this...

i´m tired now,so i will go too bed!

Cool that we will meet at Euro's  ...It's unfortunately the week before I pass my matura exams (Abi in Deutschland) so I will perhaps have to learn somewhen during those 4 days a bit though I hope to learn most of the things before Euros so I don't have to bother with school when it's time to shred :D
About the rain -- same over here :x ...But I will just shred at my shredplace where I don't give a f*** about the rain 8)
Keep shreddin so we can have a huge shred session at Euros together

Btw: Nice blog :)

torn....man, if you run away from a circle that includes me for learning and stuff...i personally beat the crap out of you :D learn beforehand! realy ... vorbeugen is besser als nach hinten fallen! echt jez!

still no real session,but...totally cool thing happpend today, i was at work, like everyday, went to the workers room to get some coffee, walked past the front door, and looked outside,it wasnt sunny, but also not raining, and there they were, my two buddys, playing hack. so i droped the cup for the coffee down, and ran outside, all barefeet and in working cloth, they drilled stalls, and i was so pumped, i tooke the bag, eggbeater > pixie muted legover > scrabbled eagbeater first try...never got eggbeater down before...oh, and also flipsside beater....

i hope i can play a bit tomorrow...day off...maybe, but we´ll see!

Don't worry dude I can't really fail my matura anymore with the marks I already got :D ...Anyway I will learn beforehand because it sucks to be at such a big footbag event and to have other things in mind than footbag  I will do my best and I'm sure everything will go fine

and huge props for the eggbeater tricks :D I tried it a few times but never really hit it - strange motion somehow...I prefer dlo :D at least this trick has been hit by me  ...Keep shreddin'

Shredden sich die Schuhe gut ? Ich wär froh wenn du mir deine Meinung sagen könntest, ich brauch irgendwie noch Input von einem Footbagger

dang...had no time too post yesterday!

so here we go, had a bit of a bored phase yesterday at work, so i grabbed my lavers and started kicking a bit. at some point i was like... damn, why isnt my shitty swirl working. and so i tried it. and hit, finally, i know how too swirl. all i have to do now is make em easy as stealing candy from a wookie! :P but i think i made something wrong, cause my hip hurts a bit today. i think dexing a bit behind the body makes easier... but i dont know... every video i watch the swirl is side of the body...i allways rub my shin agains my calw, and since its so hairy there it hurts a bit :)
this was such a great day, swirl were one of the 3 moves that realy made me wanna learn footbag, besides whirls and osis. so i have them allmost all down, my whirls still suck ass, but at least i can rev whirl!

also i recieved a pair of new kicks yesterday. GOONITZ all the way baby, they are allmost too good too just put them abck at work to loafe around in them when i´m not at pool side...
Image

there is some coloring needed, maybe... when i have time, butt ass i know me i dont will do it. so they will stay white, and get only dirty... maybe, i have some cool ideas.... they are worth tring them! so watch out!

woooooooooooooooooooot...

freaki9ng awesome session for me today.i dont know, that was what i waited for. i finished two bags today, then tried em out, and while i did so, i was like "damni wanna check out them goonitz!" so i putted em on and well... did some crazy shit! also my cam was running again, and i put a few of the highlights together. but its not everything on it. so here is what i hit thats not on the video!

- ps mirage > dimwalk > ps mirage
- butterfly > stepping toe stall
- mirage > legover > dimwalk > rev whirl > osis > rev whirl > osis > swirl > dropped ripwalk
- dragon swirl

and some other shit, i cant recall right now. dimwalks were so easy today. there are a few in the vid, and the coolest thing was, i couldnt stop, i shredded for over 2 hours! 8O as i realized that my bag was dripping sweat after my furious backroll i decided to get too an end...

heres the vid!

http://www.footbag.org/media/968/goonitsession!.wmv

dont expect any very special, there a re a few things in it i didnt hit before, please tell me what you think, i dont know if its worth beeing posted in the multimedia section, maybe i will make some more footage, outside maybe, and craft it all together into one big cool vid... we´ll see

hahahhaha...the session with my friends was soo sweet. we smoked a bit shischa(dont know in english, its a turky waterpipe thing) and drank some beer, and since we were in a garage we palyed a bit hack...

here is a little rewiev of the session markus was talking about!

3 hours under free sky at the fresh air. it realy pumped me!

today i was at work and saw the weather getting realy fine, and my withworkers were running around in shorts and t-shirt in the outside area of our bading park and i was so itching too get out and shred. none of my local heros had time to shred so i spontanious decided to go too stuttgart and shred in the big park there!
it was a great session, for us and for footbag. so many passer bys came along and asked about the sport or "art" we were doing. and we got lots of props. :)
then i remember a few things, first, i hit butterfly swirll sooooo clean and deep! was cool. also... dont know, clipperstalled a net bag, over 170 toe stalls, ps mirage > dimwalk > ps mirage a few times, a few swirls, tryed ss mirage then ss dlo(is there such a trick??? ss mirage with a legover attached), some datw show offs (think i did 7 in a row that one time) most of the time i did basic runs to show off for the passer bys. also i decided that goonitz are the way too go for me, at least for a few weeks now!

but markus and foremost stefan did great. since they have no own blog i will list the most amazing things they did, amazing too me!

markus: did very well on his linking behaviour, ss mirages come so clean, mirages too. he realy showed motivation too get better, and he is getting better, cant wait for next session, think we will work ión dlo then! :) also i think the clipper will come soon! keep tring it!

stefan: he sure impressed the hell out of me! he was so cool, tring new stuff, nearly hitting it, then tring again hit it and.... 8O :D 8) very cool. most too mention i think are. mirage bs, legover bs, atw on one(not sure bout bs?), ducking clipper kick ( 8) ) then out of nowere markus said "hey stefan, d the ducking thing you did last time" result of this was ducking toe to toe, nearly ducking mirage well i had too opush and adjust him a bit for the ducks, but he has some skillz for that type, sure more than i have! and a few things more i think, maybe post em for yourself if i forgot something!

we kicked a netbag around the park, that was fun. then our little pendulum try out session was cool, pendulum wide throw was effin sick(i won :) ) over all it was a realy realy cool day, i´m sure we do it again somewhen, in two weeks maybe, then i have morning shift again! but we need handout bags for all the kids and the interessted dudes... i will see what i can get...

so again thanks for showing up even in the short time you had from letting you know till me beeing there... :P

oh not too forget, i had my buddy in the garage too, he did crazy stuff for beeing into footbag for only 3 weeks, legovers and atw on both sides.... 8O

@torn: thanks for the nice comments of the vid(checked out the other one in the multimedia section) make a vid, and let me know!

live is a bit bad too me, i cant go too the concert a few friends of me will give tomorrow, cause i have to work late, i have too work realy much this next few days weeks and month, but all for the sake of going too worlds and berlin and euros and todexon... so ithink its worth it!

footbag = <3
