Looking for editors for monthly online competitions!

Hey everyone!

I am looking for some young aspiring (experianced OR inexperianced) editors to help me with the modified.ca online competitoins!

What I want you to do:
Basicly I will give you all the video entries and names to one of the competitions (more than one if you're keen!) and you will be totally in charge of editing it how you like, provided all entrys are included. The competitions at the moment are:
Open Sick 1
Open Sick 3
Novice Sick 1
Novice Sick 3

Why?
The reason i'm trying to find people to help out with this, is because it is a great oportunity to learn how to edit videos and take on some organisation.
I have been in charge of making some very exiting videos because of my experiance making the monthly competitions and I really want to pass on that experiance to some more people.
The other reason is that I will not always have time to do these competitions (in fact I don't really have time now) and I don't want to have to suddenly give them up and leave a big void all of a sudden because that means the concept of online competitions will be back to square one.

What you will need to do the job:
A computer.
Windows (which includes windows movie maker - free software).
Mac OS (which includes iMovie maker - free software).
The internet.

The finished competitions get uploaded to a special gallery at footbag.org so no need to worry about webspace, I will send you all the entrys over msn or email with all the players details included in the filenames, and the rest is up to you!

Hey, i am definitely keen

I've got a Mac running OSX and have some experience editing some short videos of my own. I would be willing to do one or all of them depending on whether anyone else wants to.

Sweet that's 3 editors. If there is anyone else that's interested please post soon, I will allocate a competition to each of you in the next couple of days and send you a PM all about it.

hey!, ive been editing videos for quite a while now, i just finished a snowboarding movie thats 20 mins long, i would love to edit vids! get ahold of me man!

I don't mean to push or anything, but I trust that Nic is a reliable guy. I haven't recieved anything to edit yet... I'm not upset or anything; if you haven't sent the stuff out yet, that's fine. If you have though, I have a problem...
