i like his attitude, and if i´m not mistaken i had one of his low panel hacks in hands once, was a cool kick. but i dont wanna say something totally wrong so i dont realy recommend them, i was pissdrunk that day! but i had this beerbottle with his adress on it in my bag the day after.... i think he has some experience!

EDIT: i think i will order a ceremonial bag! there should beone in every shredders household!

i use his template to make my 4 panel bags... they are very good.... i think it is the best 4 panel design out there.

I read they play just like regular footbags, but most people find the little tags annoying.

I met Dan Dog Botkin once or twice. The only occasion I can remember was at Worlds '97 in Portland.

What do I know about his bags? Not much, and not from first-hand experience. I don't know if I ever played with one.

What about the man? Again, not that much.

I'd say he's kind of an old-timer in the sport. I don't mean that he's litterally an old-timer, I just mean that his involvement with footbag goes back pretty far now, quite a bit farther than my own. He's a pro stitcher, not some fly-by-night, but... it has surely been quite a while since he's been actively shredding with competitive players. What I'm saying is that I think its safe to say that his bags are very well made. I think its safe to say that he knows what makes a bag a decent bag for freestyle footbag. I think its safe to say that his bags are probably not optimized for shred as somebody like Richie Abshires are. I don't know for sure, but his bags are probably a little larger than most of you are used to. Freestyle bags simply used to be bigger, on average, than most stitchers make them now. Triple dexes were not so common. Pixie sets were rare. I don't know if Dan is actively involved enough with current serious shredders to know what shredders want in a bag today (not that all freestylers today want the same thing, but most do).

Caveat emptor.

That being said, its been a long time since I thought about Dan Dog's bags. I kind of want one too.
