I had a bad loss at squash. Lost my semi-final 9-1, 9-3, 10-8. I was up 8-4 in the last game and began to self-destruct. Squash is such a tough game to perform at your best all the time.

But i am still training hard, the juniors are responding well to my coaching, the squash centre is going shithouse because the new owners arent the right people for the job. Try hard, but just dont have the people skills, u know. I will keep on training hard for squash. I been having urges to shred the last couple of days, but the urge passes. i was drinking beers last night, had the urge for a few seconds, grabbed me bag, hit the easiest smear ever barefoot and then ended the session so i could finish on a high.

I randomly had a 2 hours shred last night from like 12 till 2am. I started out working on eggbeaters barefoot and hit eggbeater > fairy legover bs.
Then I hit some new moves:
Flipside Figbeater (fairy eggbeater) - barefoot and then in shoes

Spikehammer (alpine blur) - happened surprisingly quickly.
I then tried for like 40 mins to hit flip spikehammer, I was footing it every try for ages, I must have footed it about 30 times, but I didn't seal it DAMN IT!

Lol oh well.

I actually had my first schooling session in AGES last night!

Solo Session 15: 1 hour (Total since 24/01/06: 34.5 hours)
Drilled: Drifters, whirls, atomic, eggbeater, torque, blender, butterfly, osis, ripwalk, ducking butterfly, ducking osis, ducking clip.
Notes: Covered quite a lot! Here are the main cool stuff:
23 ducking clips in small space first try.
4 ducking butterflies.
ducking osis x2 both sides.
ducking clip > spinning osis > ducking clip bs (my spinning osis SUCKS)
8 drifters
tap > atom rpt (not hard but my flip atomic is so crap now it made it hard)
5 ripwalks from each side
13 infinities

(tried once)
12 osis (tried loads, man my osis suck)
torque > infinity > torque
eggbeater bsos
hit blender on flip lol
blender > pdx blender off foot on good side
3x whirl on flip, 13x whirl good side
New 5add: Flipside blurry whirl

Lol omg blurry whirls are easy.

Good shred, feels good to solo again. Now to wait 2 months till the next one

Played my first game of hockey (field) on Sunday and I'm so farkin sore.
I played alright considering I haven't played in over 10 years!!!

I still played footbag on Monday night. I didn't do that well, but then I was sore and haven't played all that much of late, either.

Right now I'm actually chatting to Foxy on MSN!
I don't know if he'll be keen to play again, but he's got a car now, so there's little excuse for him not to, now. Other than lazyness.

I got my toe operated on today!!! He cut about this much out of one side:

Im pretty sure atleast 7 needles went into my toe, which made my toe giant and puffy, full of anisthetic. The first couple of needles hurt like a bitch. I began to feel light headed and queezy after all the needles and blood and I nearly yacked. lol. One of them was cut and made permanent so the side will never grow back in again.

Now its done, I should be back shredding in 2 weeks

holidays are the shiznit.

I just thought of something cool from last friday.

I bought a crappy crocheted for $1 just so I had something to pull out if I was bored, and away from home.

I was at a party that night at a bowling alley and I was using it out the front. I did a couple of kicks and one of the guys who worked there said "haha, hes like the hacky sack champion" and a friend said "actually, he has competed in the aussie champs and placed fairly well" and the guy was like "lolllll" and I hit datw with a brand new crocheted and he said "oh, I didnt believe you" and then he walked away.

intresting amusement.
