I have been in moderate to heavy training for about 8 months now in order to keep my bum knee as healthy as possible. 1 month has been logged in my blog so far. I try to do 2 workouts a day, 6 days a week. I count footbag as a workout.
Like Hood said, you never work the same thing two days in a row and you need rest just as much as you need to work out. 2-a-days for 6 days a week is pretty intense. But I'm very guilty of skipping workouts here or there. If anyone has any questions I'd be more than happy to entertain them.

In theory, they are two-a-day workouts. Six days a week. I do lifting, footbag, and running in alternating scenarios. So in theory, an example would be:
Morning - Evening
Monday: Run - Footbag
Tueday: Lift (Chest/Tris) - Footbag
Wednesday: Run - Footbag
Thursday: Lift (Legs/Abs) - Footbag
Friday: Run - Footbag
Saturday: Lift (Back/Shoulders) - Footbag
Sunday - Rest
Running: For me, I run 1.5 miles, 220 ungodly stairs, and then 1.5 miles back. I started about 8 months ago doing that in 25 minutes. Now I can do it in under 20.
Lifting: I'm not too concerned about getting huge or anything. I just mostly want to gain a little more strength than I have, overall. 3 sets of 10 reps for each workout. I pick two muscles that don't oppose eachother, and work those. You don't want to work two opposing muscles (like biceps and triceps) in one day. Then you won't be able to move your arms afterwards. Haha. I won't post specific exercises for each muscle because that's a bit too much detail and I'm sure there's plenty of people on this forum that know more than I do. But if you want me to, I can also give you that information.
Footbag: I kick solo usually. 8 months ago, I could only solo hard for like 45-60 minutes. Now, I can typically go for 90. And when I kick in groups I just have fun and have no concern for my health
Rest: You need rest just as much as you need to work. Footbagging 7 days a week really hinders your progression because your muscles won't have time to develope and catch up to your workouts. (I found that out the hard way.) With this workout schedule, I typically get more rest than is shown. I never finish an entire week without skipping a workout or 2.
Well there you have it. Caleb Abraham's secrets are out. I designed this to strengthen my bum knee. The stair runs, and lifting do a good job of that while I continue to play footbag and try to be like David Clavens. If you try this and it doesn't work for you, tough noogies. I typically have always had to work harder than most athletes who have talent and have been willing to, despite injury and credited to unparelleled motivation. For that reason, my workout habits don't usually play well with others.
