longest and hardest session ever.
3:15 - 9:00. 5 and a half hours ain't bad

didn't hit anything new but I trained everything that was weak on both sides. Namely:

Torque BS
Flip Whirl
Flip Dimwalk
Ripwalk BS

I feel like i'm going to collapse, but i loved every minute of it

Now i think i'll go watch all the new flipsider trick videos
