I know, I know.

I post an event, start hyping, then bail. My family was going to visit relatives on the 15th, and were never happy that I was planning to ditch them for 'hackey sack'. This thing had been thought of before I knew it was going to be Easter weekend, which was silly on my part and I truly apologize to everyone. Even myself, as I've never met Johnny and was really aching to see some sweet shred this weekend!
I'm glad Camille and he were there though, good stories!
Adam, feel better man, and post soon about the show!
Mike, I may be around this weekend! Even if it's another dynamic duo, it's been solely solo shred for me lately so let's get it together!
In other news, I have none. I brought my lavers to the relatives house and almost ducked a stepping set... but it rolled off my op clipper. Damn! Oh well. Keep trying.
Sorry again about this weekend, I'm probably beginning to seem like a hermit! I'll be out soon! I SWEAR!
Later!

ales must be pushing 280lbs and he still shreds like a mother!

280??? got pics. If he is really 280 then that is insane. I have never heard of a natural bodybuilder putting on that much weight in such a short period of time.

Good point Andrew.

Don't post the pics in here if you have them, the less scantily clad body builders in here the better.

I figured I'd post this in the FAT forum cause it's pretty important:

DLO Both sides. Yeah, that's right. Shred champ of the year right here.

Well, I'm off to the CNE to do my third ever public performance. I'll report back asap, but I might just stay downtown to party so we'll see. :P

Good luck Adam!

I wasn't exactly in Toronto, but did do some decent shred today. I visited my little brother in high school and played with him for his lunch hour. Completed some challenges, hit Symp Whirl almost BS and worked on pixies. Barrie has no shred scene. It's a shame.

The performance was amazing! :D

I had no idea what I was getting myself into, and walked into the building to see 2500 grade schoolers! My performance went of flawlessly, and I even got to sign my first autographs. 8)

Managed to hit some long, flowing strings, and after the performance, myself and the breakdancers I was with went out into the crowd to talk to all the kids about why our activities are positive ways to keep away from violence. That was the entire theme of the event, which was called Peace by Piece. All the orginizers were super-cool, and everyone was stoked on what I was doing. I LOVE LITTLE KIDS! They were sooooo excited about footbag, and all had tons of questions for me.

All I can say is :D !

Other news.......my school year is almost done, which is perfect, because I need more time for footbag right now.

JOSH!

We need to shred asap!

Huge props on the Plo>Rpt from the challenge forum. :P

Clicky :D

Its in the video section too, but here it is again.

Shred level is not what it should be, but whatever, less drops and less technicality is good for the purpose I had in mind.

Spent todays session working on my weaker components. Pure skooling, abosolutely no shred.

Skooled:
Flip Whirls
Toe drifters bs
Drifters>stepping bs
Flip osis
Flip osis>stepping
Flip Dlos
Ss Dlos bs
Flip Sidewalks
Flip Diving and ducking
Pdx Whirls bs

Felt some real improvement in my flip whirls and stepping. They have already been incorporated into my game, but they slow down my shred and I want them to be crisp. Flip Osis is finally starting to feel normal and controlled. I really want to diversify my game, and serious sessions of trying tricks I have trouble with seems to be the way to do it.

Also enjoyed 420 by lying in a feild with a friend, smoking shisha laced with hash. Worked on my tan a bit in preperation for the coming summers massive shirtless shredding.

Tomorrow: Skool Atomics and Stepping....got to try and beat my Ripwalk record...a measly 5. Also going to work on blenders a little more, because I just learned them and today it felt like I was losing them. :?

Cool! I'm gonna take a que from that and do some "pure skooling" tomorrow. I was gonna take a day off, cause my legs are hurting. But if this weather holds out I won't be able to resit going to the park to jump up and down on the pavement for and hour and a half.

Working on my flip osis might give my legs a break.

Awesome vid too Adam! Kids rule!

Mike, Adam and I are getting together for a bit tonight at York!
If you're up to it, come on by!
Of course, this invitation extends to anyone who can make it!
Anyway, yeah, tonight at Vari Hall... probably something like 6:30 - 9:30 or so.
Short notice I know, but I just remembered that my little lady has an exam so I'll be there!

Hmm. Afraid I can't make it tonight. Thanks for the invite though. I'm good for tomorrow or sunday if you or anyone around is up for it.

I was about to invite whoever likes to my apartment, a very short walk from Bayview subway station, but there's no room inside and it's supposed to rain all day tomorrow.
My girlfriend works tomorrow from 9-3, so I have to be in Markham to pick her up when she's done. However, I can shred in the interim.
So! Mike, if you know a good indoor spot somewhere between us or even closer to you, we can probably meet up. Or we could go to York to meet, but then I can't be as long, maybe able to start at noon.
Anyway, let me know and maybe we'll figure something out!

I still don't know where that is, else I'd be there!

Anyway, I solo sessioned tonight while my other half was in an exam.
Adam and Mike, I'm sorry you weren't there. Because here is a summary of the session for me.

Butterfly > Whirl > Pickup > rpt
The tiltless clipper drill of Adam's from my Challenge thread
Flip Symposium Whirl
Dimwalk > pdx Mirage > rpt
Flip Ducking Pdx Mirage
DATW both ways goodside, VERY close to out flipside (overdexed a few times) 8O (Hadn't tried these in a while)
Goodside Down-Double-Down

In other words, pretty much the best single 2 hr session of my life.

I feel good. I'm having a beer and preparing to edit my Challenges...

DAMN! Sorry I couldn't shred yesterday. Soon enough I'll be down at Yonge and Eg, and school will be done so I'll be shredding every day. Maybe I'll solo session in a minute, I feel like trying to beat the leg-over and mirage world records! :P

Hey guys, it's nice to hear about the performance and all the shred! Good stuff!

I am really sick... :( My flu turned into a bad cold, and I lost my voice! (Mike: I got you missed call, but I can't call you back! Sorry! ) I also have a fever and find it hard to keep my food down. :? It's super le sucky, man! I've been sick for over a week, so all my assignments got put on hold and now I'm really behind. Thank god for doctor's notes...

I was by some miracle feelin oh so fine on the night of 420, and the party in my backyard went really well! :D It was a beautiful night...we had a nice big fire, lots of munchies, and several different types of bomb chrons, as well as some green hash oil! It was wicked fun, though I bet it made me more sick. [shrug]

So, looks like no shred for me for a while. :( I have two exams on Friday, and I'll be out of town next weekend for a stag/stagette, so I'll be out of the game for too long to be happy. I can't wait for fuckin summer! UGH!

Anyway, you boys get together and play more often! Stop bailing on each other! It will be nice when we get our weekly summer sessions back in order...

Taishi joined FAT! You guys are gonna have to play club secretary until I am better, so contact him to play! I gave him the link to this blog so hopefully you guys all hook up soon. He wants to play Sunday.

Good luck with your schtuff. I can't wait to get better and see all your beaming smiles and shiny legs. :P

Peace out homeboys. :)
