Why 32's are best

For some reason, 4 panel and 32 panel bags seem to play best. , 12, 14, 26 and all the others look cool and stall alright-but don't quite shred like a handstitched 32 and I'm trying to find out why.

Here's what I've got:

Symmetrical. Allows for even stalling however it falls

Keeps its shape-allows for a reliable set which goes directly up

Looks coolest

Facile=best fabric for footbags. allows for sturdy break in

Filler is unique per stitcher. Each filler is specially engineered to play best for each bag. Weighted properly and filled appropriately. No bags filled with sand or filled to the brim with plastic.

actually my mirken 12 panel is the best bag i have. and the best bag ive ever played with was also a mirken 12 panel (zebra print)

Yeah, I disagree.

20 panels are great as are all the 12-32 paneled footbags and hackysacks.

my 14 panel is my personal favorite.... nice and round... holds it's shape... ease of making... strong design... looks cool... it's got it all for me

I like 32s because I make em and they are a fun challenge.

my 4 panel sandbag though is always fun!

why shouldn't you use sand? I have heard this a lot. It seems sand would be best for stalls and stuff, wouldn't they?

mainly because it is too light weight to get a consistent set

Sandbags are excellent and recommended bags for beginner footbaggers. They're easier to stall and kinda floppy. Some more advanced players even use them. But when you reach a higher level of footbag, and able to stall a lot more effectively, and the need for more accurate sets arises. 32 panelled bags facillitate much more pinpoint-accurate sets, while still maintaining decent stallability.

(I say this as I open a package containing 3 of the best sandbags ever made lol)

man those TeddyBags look sweet for someone who wants a sand filled footbag... i know what i will be reccomending to people from now on....

Man, I bet those teddy bags are better than the MR. in the stalling department. I practice stitching with the microsuede and that's some floppy-soft shit. Filled with fine sand and stitched right it probably stalls like a dough pizza. I like your bag designs too by the way, hopefully I get hooked farther into footbag and I start improving so I can look into a professionaly stitched bag.
