Hips
Hi I have this wierd problem with my hips ever since I started freestyle it will pop if I do a toe delay and hurts all the time.So if there is any stretchs or something you know that could help me please help.Thanks.
Your description is way to broad. First off, where do you feel this "pop"? Is the "pop" painful, how would you describe it ? Also, you feel it when you do a toe stall, is it nearly every time, or does it only happen if you do a toe stall a certain way? Does this "pop" happen on any other activities or is it just toe stall ?
More C4 please <3

Sorry for not stating the pacifics I was tired last night when I typed this topic but heres the answers to your qustions. The pop is about at the groin area. Not extreamly painfull but to the point that it gets me pissed off. I would descirbe it as a few seconds of pain and the more it pops the worse it hurts. It is every time I do a toe stall it has poped a few times while walking but other then that no other time.

I just started having hip problems today and a long distance runner gave me advice for how to stretch it.
Stand with two legs in neutral position, then take the Op leg pull it in front of the side that hurts, so you look like and upside down Y. She said to keep both straight (I think) but I couldn't get the stretchy feeling that means it's working until I bent the Op leg. You then move your torso around, forward and maybe in the Op direction until that stretchy feeling kicks in. Play around with it, made me feel better right away.
I'm getting just a touch of that popping sensation... go see a doctor and tell me what the hell it is!
Hope that helps!
