pick up is like a legover, but backwards...
butterfly is from any set, to >out dex>to clipper

dragon fly is butterfly, ending on dragon instead of clipper (crossbody outside is dragon)

if your going to answer in the form of a question then so will i!

the answer is.........

what is the search button on the top of the page
and what is flipsider.com for 200 alex!

but yeah if you have any questions about these moves just visit a few footbag related websites and there will be videos explaining these kinds of moves. I think footbag.org has some videos of these also that could help you

Yeah, I really hate the standard 'Use the Search tool!' answer. I don't know, maybe answering the question, then suggesting the Search tool for further questions would be less harsh. Seems like everyone has asked, and everyone has gotten that answer though. This is the Getting Started section, and so the new guys asking questions should be treated a little more cordially, or just don't answer.

Nah, don't sweat it. I guess everyone's done it at one point or another, I'd just like to keep the Getting Started section as friendly as possible cuz we want new players to feel welcome in the footbag community.
