I ripped out my insole and....

was there anypoint at all to it? it took me a good ten minutes, and it really took a tad more than a little muscle, that glue is strong. well, now my shoes are all uneven and sticky, did i do it for nothing?

well, yeah, not really on purpose. i was just looking at my shoe, and i started picking at it, and the next thing i knew i was halfway through

no worries. just make sure you get rid of all the gluey bits and
buy some crosstrainer spenco insoles or any other product that
gives ya extra support and cushioning .

Heck, I got a cheap pair at walmart. Although some are better than others, I don't think any specific kind will make a big difference. Just get some that are for athletic use that obsorb shock. But make sure you replace them! I know someone (not to mention names

) that didn't replace theirs and they got some pretty bad problems.

go to your local footlocker and buy some spenco insoles to me.... they are the best!

Don't buy at Footlocker. They sell for about $20+ for a pair of Spencos Crosstrainers.
