only about 2 1/2 weeks, but i've improved alot, even since my last post, since i got good shoes. (my friend too). now I can do things like: toe stall to pop over head to outside stall to toe stall.

thats pretty sweet man by pop over head do you mean ducking cause that would be pretty sweet.i've been shredding for about 7 1/2 months and i still dont even have a pair of lavers. i would be better but injurys have taken quite a lot of time out of my shredding. i had shinsplints(took about an hour or 2 out some practice time) when i started. and then mested my knee(took 3 weeks out of footbag period) then i really screwed up my ankle(about a month) so really i havent been playing for that long. i am 6ft. 215pd. and so i happen to fall alot. fell a lot more in football though.i just cant get enough of footbag man

Proof: Yes I mean ducking. It passes about 4 inches over my neck, and now with my mr.sandbag I can get it about 3/4 of the time. My friend has laverrs and I have tennis shoes that (in my opinion) work as well as lavers. 6ft 215 pds? Daaaaim. Im like 5ft, 85 pds

5ft 85pds wow your a wee little tike how old are you. you no its weird i was 150 '5 6" until football. then i turned hulk.but it brings alot of injurys.
so stay small im sure it'll help with footbag.

I'm a teenager though, so i'm just short.

Oh, and I got lavers. BIG difference. First shred session with these babies and i'm nailing things I couldnt before. Only 35.00$ too, new from finish line.

yeah i plan to get a black and white pair from finishline to there pretty sweet.not to menshion cheap. or at least not very expensive. i'm sure being small and playing footbag by the time your my age you'll have a footbag build, and thats pretty sweet! then u can beat there asses (those who pick on u), and then after that you can play some footbag, and show them what your really about.

sure but footbag kicks both of there asses and you'll so have all the babes w/ the sweet ass abs you'll have from footbag. i just get them from, well damn i don't no why i get them i just do. maybe its just because i play footbag.
