Daryl, Sunny, Dylan and I are driving to I.F. on Thursday night. Then to Missoula Friday morning. We should be there by 1:00 on Friday. Is there a party Friday night?

yeah I rolled my ankle a little bit, not as bad as i thaught, I should be good to go by friday or even tomarrow! but no sense in rushing it.
Your next task: Go to the bathroom.
Wash your face.
Put your shoulders hunched upwards.
Look really, really slowly upwards towards the mirror like in the movies
And slap yourself in the face.
With your game face on.
And go shred with jim.
It'll work, trust me.

My # is (406)544•7380 & I'll have it on me the whole weekend. Anybody with any ?s should give me a call. My address is 829 Sherwood. Here's a link to a map to my house
Click here for a map of Caras Park & My house

And yes, Jim, there will be "enjoyable activities" going on Friday. Saturday night will contain multiple Missoula Micro-Brews on tap at my house (the place where all the out of town shredders will be staying)
Have spunk, will party...

Sorry to hear about the ankle. Trace the ABCs several times for rehabilitation.

Hope you get the car fixed Byrin. You guys aren't leaving Sunday morning ass-early again are you? :)

Absolutely!! I was thinking the same thing Byrin.

These last 4 posts have made me so pumped!
As I type James & Pete are on driving through the passes of Montana & Idaho on their way here.

Wow, I don't believe a year has already passed. It's that moment where I realize that before I know it, I'll be saying goodbye to the last player leaving and it'll be done and on its way to the 4th annual (which will be amazingly SICK). Beer & a Pro Skater. Those are my goals for next years Jam. We'll see how it all pans out...

Just wanted to lay a BIG thank you to the MFA for throwing this jam. It was definitely one of the best that I've been to so far, and more than worth the 11 - 12 hour trip it took us to get there!

Cheers!!

Also wanted to make sure that everyone made it home alright. Aside from a few suicidal gophers and a bag of beef-jerky forged in the pitts of hell, we made it okay ;).

Well, the 3rd Annual Montana Freestyle Jam has come to a close and it has been the best one yet. This weekend can best be described along the lines of most footbag tourneys: Great people, great atmosphere, and great footbag. From styley kick circles, to beastly links. From martial arts to Fire Poi. a whole lotta fun went down. There was a pleasant combination of familiar faces and new faces. Big thanks to everyone that came to the treasure state. Without you, Riley and I would not have been able to handle the footbag aspect of the jam. the results will be posted in the near future.

"Fuck you Byrin, fuck you!"
~ Nick Landes <3

LOLZ! Damn that was some awsome shredding. The level of play from everyone was through the roof. It seems that every time I see these shredders they are getting more and more crazy. I'm sure there will be lots of video up soon, so I won't give away too much, but let me just say, HOLY SHIZNIT!
Special thanks to:

MFA for hosting the event

Evan and the rest of the awsome people who lent us some crash space

Jim, Sunny, Daryl, and Dillan (sorry for any name spelling errors) for the good times and great shred from all of you

James Randall for the great shred and the awsome footage he shot

Shredmonton (sp?)- It woulnd't have been the same without you!

Kevin
for picking me up and droping me off at the airport, and for the awsome shred, AND for missing class to help me with my cell phone, which (b/c I'm retarded) I left in your car AGAIN!

All the freestylers that came to the event (rappers, break dancers, fire dancers, jugglers, skaters, etc.)

Peter Irish, not only for the sweet shred, but for the CRAZY preformance (for any of you reading this that hasn't seen Pete do his show, you're missing out! Come see him ASAP!) Once again, MAJOR PROPS for coming out, I'm very happy that the school in Missoula was able to get you out for the event.

The Seattle Crew
for not only some crazy shred, but also for driving all the way.

All the other people from Idaho (kyle, zac, and all the shredders from that area) not only for coming out, but for that sahweet bag, damn that thing is awsome. I still have to wash it, but I'll post a pic of all my bags later.

Personal Results (1 to 10, 10 being the best, 1 being the worst)-
Venue - 9.5
First day Shred - 10
Second Day shred - (6 personal b/c I was sore, 10 other people)
Competition - 8
Level of Fun - 11
Overall - 10! AMAZING!
