ducking miraging superfly swirl.

and if you can get that done try:

blurry ducking miraging superfly swirl.

you could turn the swirl into a xbod rake which would be just as cool in both moves.

hasn't Superfly Swirl only just been done? In the video Jorden has in the Massive section, he needs a super high set, and just barely gets the swirl around. I highly doubt he could put a duck, mirage, or blurry duck before it

Going 'back to the basics'.

Yesterday's 90 min sesh was one of the better solo shred workouts I've had in a long time. Only hit a handful of 4s and 5s though. I'm developing a new, hopefully more effective training method that should help in the long run.

After a rather dismal showing at GRASS, I've come to realise one is only as strong as their weakest concept. If all your basics are 'very consistent' but not 'perfect' and slightly unequal between strong and flip, confidence in hitting more difficult moves in pressure situations may decrease.

I want to get to the point where even on a bad day, the footbag stays in the air.

This won't be easy. It'll take increased focus and drilling to refine and take my game to further levels.

This means no forum for a while.

I admire your discipline Jd, and have since I entered the sport. You train harder and more meticulously than most players and it shows. Your training philosophies are inspirational, as are your videos. Thank you for giving the community an exemplary model to follow.

Superfly Swirl has been hit over 1.5 years ago...

Do some rakes next Shred 30. I'm sure it will go over well. I think Whirlygig Rake>pixie paradon rake should do it.
