April 29th
Length: 1 hour (Total since 19/01/06: 60 hours)
Drilled: tiltless stuff
really boring session. Where's my motivation gone this week?
Had some fun with wauxpin though, hit it a few times both sides really clean, so happy with that. Next: spinning wauxpin. Now that would be hot. Some more frigidosis and rev whirling frigidosis stuff too. Hot hot.
p.s. people suck and so does Bendigo. Why do I have to live in such a hole? I want a real life like everyone else.

beleive me it's in the works. if I could just get myself a normal job like the rest of the world and get some money then I'd be down in Melbourne in a flash
spinning osis bs. almost b2b. drilled some gyro today, looking much better. Can't wait to get home and have a proper sesh.
edit: illusioning butterfly bs, pdx, blurry and stepping. where the hell is mum? those are sweet tricks though. anyone know if it has a name? reverse dada I guess.

May 1st
Length: 2 hours
Drilled: legover, pickup, mirage, illusion, clipper, osis, butterfly, whirl, drifter.
huuuuge sesh. Intense, was so stuffed at the end. Last 15 minutes was a real struggle but I thought I might as well go for 2 hours
Illusions looking heaps better, hit a bunch more illusioning butterflies from all surfaces on both sides and bsos as well. Feeling a lot more consistent with a lot of stuff. Got 56 Osii, which is a new pb and a challange done
Real happy with that. I can also chuck osis in at the last second consistently in strings which is helpful. Was a bit nackered at the end so could only manage 28 tiltless, although now that I think of it, it feels good that I 'only' got 28 cause I was knackered. But I'm really happy with my string variety, it's probably half 3's when I'm going tiltless.
Whirls were good, I think my form is good, they feel much better anyway. Drifters were off :\
But I did manage to get symple drifter, and footed symple pdx drifter a few times.
good sesh.
edit: oh yeah, omelette bs. Another challange done
And I worked out nuclear a bit more from watching derek vandell video, hit sumo again. I will own this set one day, just you see.

Drilled: legover, pickup, mirage, illusion, clipper, osis, butterfly.
Pretty nackered, ran out of energy real quick. What's with that?
Pdx Omelette
Surprisingly nowhere near as hard as I thought.
Pdx tapping drifter is waaa harder than I thought, footed it a few times, will hit it soon I was just too tired to keep trying.
p.s. today is Star Wars day! May the fourth be with you!

That used to happen to me occasionally when I had time to solo (before uni started
It's a frustrating feeling, I would recomend just going to bed when that happens (if you are shreding at night) and trying again the next day, eventually u will get too much sleep and not be able to be tired

WOW! I think it's safe to say I got my energy back. Huge session. Msn shred chatting to Anz.
No low level drilling, this session was allll about fun
Highlights:
cleared the dexes on whirr bothsides. Real happy with that, I don't even need to hit the move, just that I can do the dexes fills me with joy
Also got whirling pdx mirage both sides.
janiwalker. still no flipside, but couldn't be bothered making an effort.
almost pdx whirl > pdx drifter midstring, had to bail the last drifter to an osis. Pretty cool spontaneous rpt though
ripwalk > blur > legbeater rpt wooooo!!! That's a challange done
45 tiltless which is my new pb.
Tried atomsmasher but only equaled record of 3. these are super hard
tap > atomsmasher hard too. missed the last atomsmasher a few times.
sidewalk > ripwalk rpt a few times.
A sweet run with atomic drifter, blurry drifter and pdx whirl.
mucked around with fairy for 5 mins, and hit fairy ss butterfly, fairy butterfly and fear all bsos in separate runs. considering I had almost never done flip fairy before I'm pretty happy with that result
because I couldn't manage pdx whirl > pdx drifter, I decided to upskill with the drills toe whirl > pdx drifter > ss pickup rpt, and toe drifter > pdx whirl > ss pickup rpt. I'll hit pdx > pdx rpt one day
That was an awesome session. My feet feel all warm and nice, and my face is crusted with dried sweat (yerk) so I'm gonna go shower now. byes.
p.s. oh yeah, flip vortex
edit: oh YEAH! Dyno b2b starting bothsides a few times... I could feel the strain on my left foot in the right places, I think this will improve my flipside osis a TONNE!

bleh, hard session, still sore after last night! Probably wouldn't have played, but had nothing else to do, really.
bigwalk
a couple of times, clean too... cool set.
almost equaled unique tiltless record:
fairy butterfly > sidewalk > blur > legbeater > pdx drifter > ripwalk(dropped)
sidewalk > ripwalk rpt 7 contacts. Close to twice through
Man I feel like I'm overheating... what's with that. Shower time.
oh yeah. The other day I got frigidosis > ss butterfly both sides. take that mr. bowler.
It is striking me again how much there is to do in footbag...
