No respect for this part of the forum. Some great stuff has gone down here from time to time, but I can't deal with all this stupid drama. Grow up people....grow up.

I definetly hate the fact that most of the posts go in the kicking circle nowadays.

Go play footbag instead of finding funny fideos from UTube to post here!

Years ago, when asked if I was on the modified forums I told Jeremy Mirken, "I play my footbag outside, not on a computer." Silly, Zeke.

Now I'm on the forums as much as 20 times a day (like when I'm at work

) and I appreciate that there are non footbag related topics that I can browse to keep me entertained. Quite frankly, reading about new moves and watching shred vids simply does not interest me anymore. So I spend my time venting and ranting like a psychopath in the various Chicago related blogs and adding useless nonsense to the Kicking Circle subforums. But as much as I'm on here, I stil try to find and gather new players and play as much footbag as my body can handle, sometimes up to 16 hours of 4-square a week if I don't work on Saturdays.

seriously though, in all honesty there is only so much that i can say about footbag. After a while watching videos and talking about new tricks i have never heard of doesnt interest me that much. For people like me, who cant post too much in the shred sympiosum threads, the kicking circle is a great place. A lot of my posts are in here because i dont like talking about footbag all the time, and there are always fun topics in here and non-footbag related things that keep me occupied.

so, in conclusion...KICKING CIRCLE KICKS ASS MUAHAHA

no offense to anyone, but i think as you get better and more advanced in the technical side of the sport, the footbag centered discussion becomes more enjoyable.

What ? Is there a secret room where people are discussion footbag ? I've only seen the same topics come up over and over and over and over again. 'What's this called ?' , 'Are these good shoes ? If it wasn't for the non-footbag sections this board would be less active.

The world is an interesting place. Footbag is interesting, a million people marching peacefully nationwide is interesting, and hot sauce is interesting (Okay maybe just to me

)

I guess the thing I love about the Kicking Circle and Discussion sections is that I GET to talk about non-footbag stuff with footbaggers. Footbaggers are some of the most intersting people I've ever met, and their theories and opinions on things are facinating to me. It's nice to know that footbaggers aren't mindless drones. That they have personalities and think about things other than footbag once in a while.

i agree with shredzilla and a few others,
i find modified has cooler people posting in it than other forums.
for example its better to discuss video games in here with the footbag/videogame nerds than on some videogame board with less cool people.
