Heh, what a messy problem. Although, the solution does combine a lot of concepts.
First off, you'll want to break it up into things which are a bit more manageable. Think partial fractions.
In the end, you should get something like four terms.
1) Super straightforward.
2) Standard integral you've seen a lot of before + chain rule
3) Messy trig sub.
4) Integration by parts where one of the parts is the one in part 3.
