Had myself a good session this afternoon on a lovely spring day. I was doing a lot of spinning osii, gyro clippers, and torques in my runs. I love linking spinning osis to torque feels so good. I hit some moves I haven't done in a while like: -blurry drifter -fog -bedwetter. I like finishing my session with 2 bag juggling on both feet, I think it's a good cool down. I then proceeded to jump in the ice cold lake, very refreshing.

illinois. vermont. everywhere in between.
i got a hold of this blog from reid. i was glad to talk to him and appreciated him giving me a way to get in touch with all of you. how about throwing down some votes for me in the poll? i told reid i was the worst kicker in FTB. he said that wasn't true. i told him i believed the poll, because it was posted on the internet, and i am supposed to believe everything i read on the internet. enough about beliefs though.
hope all is well with all of you. i am planning to be back home by may 15th and i will be working as a full time bike mechanic all summer. i am going out to oregon and washington state for a week at the very end of may, but other than that i will be around until i leave. hopefully we can get together for a session as soon as we all are back home, and keep getting together for sessions until everyone decides to leave again. hopefully we can throw down as much as we did at the end of last summer. i am looking forward to it.
i am going to try and check out this blog fairly often now. until i hear from any of you, take care.

Yeah seriously! Matson's alive! Sweet
You still kickin' it Mike? Either way I'm pumped for summer and the many heinous sessions we will be having.
Anyways I haven't had time to kick that much this past week, but I did have a 90 minute session today. I hit many consecutive flipside mirages and illusions, focusing on solid stalls.
Also I hit pdx whirl>symposium whirl>repeat which was awesome. Later all

I've been averaging like 1 session a week for 3 weeks now...which sucks. I'm busy with so much random shit it's unbelievable. Whatever, school is almost over. Only like 2 and a half more weeks...

Two week break from looking at the forums begins now. This will allow more time to footbag , and more time for school.

So I've kept up with my once-a-week shred schedule pretty well...yeah, I'm really rusty now
Nevertheless, I grabbed Kevin's camera yesterday to film my shitty shred session so I could make a new vid, but the battery went out after like 15 or 20 minutes, which sucked, because I was at a really cool outdoor location.
Hopefully I'll film another session soon (indoors so I can use an outlet
)
Oh by the way, I think I'm gonna get the word "Freestyle" tattooed around my ankle in the next couple days. Yeah. Later everyone

Haven't been on here in a while. I've been kicking once or twice a week the last month, except the last 3 days I've kicked daily. I had a great session today with Matt Grohne and Ogden. My string length, variety, and difficulty have all improved. Highlight was whirling swirl BSOS.
Edit: I forgot to add that I also hit 34 consecutive whirls on one side and 24 on the other!

session
sessioned alone on friday, as usually goes in vermont. worked on schooling some basics and tried getting some long runs down. my run length hasnt been too bad and i have been able to mix it up a bit with some decent tricks. paradox double leg over and bsos ducking/diving were the highlights.
beginning the long drive home tomorrow. should be back on thursday night.
take care.
