yeah I feared it might already have been posted.
I remember back ilek 3 or 4 years ago, I'd have time to easily read every single post posted on modified. Now every morning t work I see at least 125 unread topics.. It's a good thing though but it's harder to keep track of what was posted.

and YES moderators I know how to use the search function, I'm just lazy.

that definately looks SUPER cool. I see alot of concepts that my Kung Fu teacher has talked to me about integrated into that sport. It must take SOOOO much general awareness to do all the blind tricks they do! Alot of un-ordinary flexibility and just the movements are soooo butterry-smooth. There's more to it that's Kung Fu'ish, I just can't put it in words...

Obviously there are countless Footbag parallels aswell
