I had a great session today, even though it was solo. I hit a Beast!

Yeeehaw! And some other good combos, here are they:

Whirlygig > Whirlwind > Spinning Pdx Blender
Maelstrom > Food Processor
Janiwalker > Superfly
Blurry Whirl > Stepping Whirl (rpt)
Stepping ss Mirage > Smear > Pixie ss Mirage > Dimwalk (rpt)

I also set a new tripless record, with this combo:
Blizzard > Dimwalk > Blur > Tripwalk > Ripwalk > Blur > Parkwalk > Ripwalk > Sidewalk > Pdx Whirl > Pdx Whirl > Spinning Butter > Ducking Butter > Ducking Butter > Barfly > Barfly

I'm pretty damn happy, so I'm going to see a movie or something

Congratulations on the Beast Szymon! It seems like it wasn't too long ago I read about you hitting your first beastly link, and now this. Wow!

Your tripless string is also really sweet! You are progressing really well!! However you are doing things over there, don't stop!!

Thanks a lot guys, hitting that beast was a really big milestone for me

It was like I felt a bit of pressure to hit it, so now I'm pretty much reliefed

We had a nice session today, we played in Park Południowy, which is pretty far away from my place, but it's a cool spot with wooden floor and cool view around. There were four people playing in the beggining, Wojtas, Olaf, Dil and me, but later Hania joined us!

We haven't seen each other for some time so it was nice to meet her. Her form is looking pretty good, too bad she's not coming to Euros.

I had some good runs today, the highlight was probably hitting Blurry Whirl > Blurry Whirl > Blurriest > PS Whirl > Spinning Pdx Whirl > PS Whirl > dropped Tomahawk. I'm also getting into Eggbeaters recently, and hit Pdx Eggbeater > Whirl (rpt) drill - Eggbeaters rock

Dil was playing really well today too, he hit Plasma and Superfly. He also gave me some challenges - here are the ones I was able to hit:

Whirr > Sidewalk BS
PS Whirl > Whirr
Pdx Blender > PS Whirl BS - really happy about this one

Tomahawk > Blurry Whirl

I got the idea of this Rubberman variation, but only got Blizzard > Toe Blizzard > Tripwalk > Blizzard when I messed up and hit Toe Blur instead of Toe Blizzard

Maybe I'll hit it tommorow.

I'm working on my Tripless combos too, and got some pretty good ones today, I remember one with Backside Smear, Pixie Whirl, Tapping Whirl and Barfly > Pdx Whirl > Symp. Whirl. Next shred tommorow!

Just learn Whirl and you'll be busting fearless combos no problem Cod

Had a nice session at Morskie Oko gym. Radek and Olaf showed up so we did some good circle shredding. I was feeling pretty strong, and hit some new stuff:

Symp. Whirling Swirl > Ripstein
Blurry Whirl > Blurry Whirl > Spinning Pdx Whirl > Blurriest > PS Whirl > Scorpion's Tail
Barfly > Blur > Tripwalk (rpt) > short tripless run

I worked a little on Symp. Twirls, and I'm slowly getting the motion down. After lots of shred we played 4square and I showed Radek and Olaf pretty much all the trick shots I knew

They need to learn them all to represent at Worlds

Today there was a bomb in my school again, so I didn't have classes - cool!

Yesterday we painted the big corridor in our gym (we meaning the guys from WRC Footbag Club

) - it was a lot of work but it looks really nice now. We can play there for free and that was a way of saying "thank you" to the people who own the gym. Today there was a session there and the walls definitely look much better now

There were six players, one of them new, so almost crowdy. We played in circles most of the time, and I managed to hit some new stuff.

After the circle shred I practiced my routine, and then convinced others to play some 4Square! My trick shots were a bit rusty, but I didn't forget everything. Todexon starts next week - I'm sure Steve will school my ass there haha

Had a nice short solo session today. Mostly schooled stuff for Todexon, I hope I'm not going to suck so much

My routine isn't very good, but maybe I'll level it up with Shred30 or Sick3 (assuming they will go well

). Anyway, I hit one invention today! It's Blurriest Wichajster

In case someone doesn't know, Wichajster is catching the bag between both feet put together. So it looks really sweet and I can't wait to incorporate Wichajster into some more technical tricks.

My Blenders were still working today, I've hit Blaze > Tapping Blender, which felt stylie and fearless at the same time

Todexon! Yeah, one of the biggest european footbag tournaments rocked as always

About 35 competitors in Freestyle speaks for itself. It wasn't very good for me competition-wise, but I still had tons of fun and won't forget that weekend for a long time. We arrived on Saturday, and had problems finding the place where the the tournaments was beeing held - Abaton club. Finally we got there, to find out that we were about 1 hour late, and only thanks to kindness of Dexter me and Damian Budzik could still register. Thankfully all went good, and soon we had all the players bonus stuff (stickers, wristband, and... 50 footbags - every players got those

). I warmed up immediately and started shredding - I played a lot with the Berlin crew - these guys are awesome, it was great to shred with them again

My first routine went good, I think I had 4 drops and finished on 2nd place after Pavel Cerveny. In the second round I got into pretty tough group, with Dexter, Stefan Siegert and Riku. I didn't play so well and got 4th place. My Shred30 went extremely bad too, I think I had like 5 drops

Riku destroyed the Shred30 hitting his shred dropless with a score of 210 or something close and getting 2nd place after Honza (Vasek didn't compete) - props Riku! After the events I played a lot of 4Square, it was awesome - thanks for everyone who was playing that day and on Sunday too, 4Square rocks

The first day finished with some demos and afterparty in the same club, so we stayed there, and of course... formed another shred circle

There was Riku, Olaf, Andrew from USA, Ales and me playing. I had great memories from that circle as I got some really good runs

After about and hour of shred we packed and went to Jana's place to sleep.

The second day was the day of shred at "Na Korabe" - the place where most of the players were staying. The weather was great, even though it was a little windy. I played with Daryl, Matt, Flavio and some other players too - thanks for the shred guys!

There was also 4Square going on so I soon joined and even got some points with my new trick shots

But everything good must come to an end so after a few hours of pure footbag fun we had to pack and leave. Thanks for the great tournament, and I hope to see everyone in Lozanna!

was great meeting you, good shred, you gave me some very helpfull tipps, today i could manage too hit a few eggbeaters after i tried you tipps out, thanks for that.

I had a cool session today, me and my friend Goku met at the bus station (I wanted to find out some bus transport to Lausanne) and then we went to the Town Square to find Budzik and Hania there, playing in the middle of the crowd and busking

They were tired, and Hania was leaving already, so our new energy was a nice refreshment for the circle. We played for about 2 hours, nothing big went down, mostly long, crowd-pleasing runs and some unusuals. Then Budzik left and only me and Goku were still shredding. We made 8 zł by ourselves which was enough to buy another water and something to eat - cool! But the biggest thing was that when we were leaving, Goku told me to hit one more string. I asked him - "short or long?", and he said long

So I proceeded to hit 100 contact string, guiltless but with one clipper and a far legover > handcatch

That felt awesome!

And Anz - Goku is just his nickname, I guess he doesn't even like it anymore, but we always call him that way

I only had 2 lessons today, because of the final exams in my school, so I finished school really early. That was a perfect occasion to play some footbag! I went to the gym and shredded away

It's so damn hard to play solo - I admire all the people who do it all the time. Anyway, I hit two new things today:

Drifter > Vortex (rpt) - yeah!

Haze BS
Blurry Drifter > Matador - Mikko Lepisto style!

I'm so stoked about the first drill, as I wanted to hit it since I saw Vasek throwing it midstring on 100Bars like nothing

I don't know why, but I always forgot to try it haha. So it felt really nice finally nailing it today. I worked on some downtime components and my Pixie sets - they were working quite well.
