I'm buying a Josh Raye bag (comments?) I need to know a few questions about paypla though.
How I know the bag will be sent?
How do I know that the seller will just say he did not recieve the money?
Thanks a lot.

you can ask the seller if payment was recieved, and you just have to believe he sent it. you could ask him to tell you when its sent, and when he recieved payment
im sure the raye (cant remember which you specified) you ordered from is respectable enough to really make and send you a bag. this is a truthful community, and i doubt someone would jyp you, especially if theyre trying to get their name somewhere (not in the sketchy area).
also, paypal disciplines faulty sellers. i dont know how, since im not paypal.
and never ever ever open anything that isnt from paypal. not paypal inc, or whatev, just paypal (in your mailbox, not junk folder). i got burned like that once.

like in my junk mail folder, i got a thing from paypal inc. and it said RECIEPT FOR PAYMENT in the subject line.
i didnt pay for anything, but opened it anyways. i was scared since i was broke, and hoped no one had been using my paypal as identity theft.
so i opened the link, and it was a page exactly like paypals home page. so i entered my personal info, and nothing happened, it brought me back to the "home page".
so i gave all my paypal info away to some scam. i figured it out quick enough to not have all my accounts emptied, but i was lucky. i immediately changed all my passwords, and got my card #'s changed. it pretty much shut down my finances for 2 or 3 weeks. locked my bank account. everything.
so be careful with what you use
paypal has a thing (security) where the bar will be orange ish (mozilla firefox) and instead of saying http.... it says https.paypal..... that "s" means secure online connection, so no one is looking at your personals...

Yeah be careful there are a lot of paypal/ebay scams out there. NEVER do anything paypal without going directly to the site by typing in the address yourself, thats the best way to stay safe. Also, if someone is ripping you off as long as you tell paypal within 30 days you can most of the time get your money back, but seller ratings are defninitely trustworthy.
