props jessius

Your assignments will do themselves.

Stepping out of swirl is hard i imaging

and you are right it is called riptide. i remember from one of jeremys videos.

Played squash last night

A.Hagesy def M. Rowcliffe

9-6, 9-4, 9-7

First two games were really solid, out played him everywhere and was hitting really creative winners, there was a big crowd watching us. In the third game, i got a bit cocky and started going for winners that werent really there, such as drop shots from the back corner that stick to the side wall. But i scraped through it. I have a tournament this weekend, so as long as i relax and try and play my game, i will play well.

Work related.
I really do have to work harder. I joke around, talk, fuck around when i should be working, today i am going to try and not talk unless spoken too. This is harder for me then you think.

Tafe related.
After 15 months i have finally finished 1 unit of my residential drafting course. 5 assignments = 15 months. So if your reading this Jesse, i probably would not listen to the above advice i just gave you about my assignment. Hopefully now i can knuckle down and do a bit every day. Lately i have been doing an hour before work. so i think that is the way to go.

Footbag related.

Had an hour shred before i played squash last night.

first 30 mins i worked on my strongside drifter. It is solid now.

last 30 I shredded.

Best run was 10 guiltless
Butter>osis>pdx mirage>smear>dimwalk>osis>osis>pdx mirage>smear>dimwalk>how the fuck did on drop on that alt butter.

positives
My flip pixie out of my pdx was solid again. My bops are starting to become what they once were.

Negatives
Really struggled to hit pixie ss mirage on flip last night. It is one of those moves that is either on or off for me.

I went to the gym this morning, i always feel better after the gym.

Have a happy day, god bless you.

peace

Jesus.

Jesus rules.

I had a massive assignment due today, I must have spent 30 hours on it this week on top of lectures etc.... but I still managed to play footbag several days this week SOMEHOW!

Lol I guess when weather is good I just can't resist playing. I played:
2 hours tuesday
40 mins wednesday
1 hour thursday
and today I haven't played and I won't because i'm exhausted.

Too tired to remeber anything about any of the shreds so i'll just speil random things that come to mind that i hit:
Blizzard > flail
toe whirl > blur rpt
ducking butter > spinning clip rpt
diving butter > ducking butter rpt off my foot
Long guiltless strings including a mainly genuine 29 contact string.
eggplant > fairy legover rpt
Blurry drifter bs (surprisingly easier than they used to be)
Fog into a string, didn't hit it flip, must remember to school flip fog.
Double spinning clip a few times, been playing with it recently, it's been coming and going for 6 months or so now.

I'm happy with my game at the moment, i'm able to consistantly hit over 10 contacts of stepping/atomic/fairy shuffel and over 10 contacts of dexless spins/ducks/dives/osis pretty easily now and i'm starting to put more 4adds in my strings now, pdx whirl, blender, ducking buttefly, blur, glaucoma.
I still have been neglecting gyro but my flip spins are feeling good. I have been working osis a bit and it's paying off, blender bsos is easy now and pdx blender on goodside is as consistant as blender was on that side last year.
I need to remember to work on torque.
I need to put more of the following in my strings:
dlo, drifter, whirl, eggbeater - even though all are consistant enough I always forget to string them.

Hopfully Toby will shred with me tomorrow in town.

Nic out

Props nic that is some awesome shit.

played footbag for an hour last night worked on flip drifter.

positives
Sometimes it felt solid

negatives
Sometimes the bag rolled of my clipper

and then i was supposed to shred for another hour, but then i realise i should get some sleep, and my leg muscles were killing me. Gym has never made me that tired before.

Probably wont get to shred today, due to tournament, however i am guaranteed of having a good time and trying to get laid

will shred sunday.

peace.

Hagesy, I hope you didn't get laid... by a man.

Jesse you are strange

I kicked today with Toby (and Axel was there for a wee while) for 4 hours! It was a schooling session even though we were in public (nobody was at uni today... being saturday).

My last real planned 'solo' session was almost a month ago :?.

Solo Session 18: 4 hours (Total since 24/01/06: 42 hours)
Drilled: Ducking butterfly, guiltless, toe whirls, cool combos, blurry whirl, pdx blender
Notes: I hit...
16 contacts of toe whirl > pdx mirage rpt
21 ducking clips
osis > infinity > ducking clip into every string for about an hour (must get good at BOPs!)
Tomahawk (no seal)
Blurry whirl > spinning clip
A string with Blurry whirl, both fairy ducking butterflies and one fairy ducking osis (4 5's in one string, most i've done I think?)
ducking pdx mirage > fairy ducking butterfly bs
ducking pdx mirage > fairy ducking clip rpt
Some tripless, two strings I remember: fairy ducking clip > ducking butterfly > ducking pdx mirage > fairy ducking butterfly... and
ducking butterfly > blur > fairy butterfly > blur > fairy butterfly > pdx whirl drop :(
I think my tripless record is only 6 or 7, I should try and beat it.
I spent a lot of time doing (osis > infinity > ducking clip) rpt > string with some concept that I always forget to put in my guiltless strings (eg, dlo, whirl, pdx whirl, eggbeater).
About 20 unclean toe barrages (according to Toby)
8 ducking butterflies! Hahaha Toby! I'm in the lead again!
4xosis > 4xinfinity>(pdx mirage > fairy clip rpt)>pdx mirage > fairy legover > butterfly > spinning clip as my last string for the day :) (which means I can do bops with no energy left which is good)
New Moves: Try to blow the snot in my nose into a nice lump on the ground but end up with it all over my white shorts :(.
Oh and flip ps mirage lol, I just realised I have hit ducking ps mirage on flipside before I even hit ps mirage on that side

Damn it I forgot to do torques today!! :x

Stillllll waiting for my new O'wheel to arrive.
I just hope it gets here on Monday so I can take it to Southbank with me. I would have liked it here sooner so that I could start giving it a pocket workout, but... oh well.
