Frigid BS just now. Butterfly's been the only thing i did out of it.

What is a frigid actually? I can do them but i still don't get them. To me it just feels like an osis that you don't follow through on. and how do the jobs work for frigid?

Hey Matt what you are referring to as 'a Frigid' is in fact Frigid Osis, and yeh it is an Osis that you dont follow through on, or more correctly, a non-crossbody clipper. Any move you do out of it is then 'Frigid Osis set [blah blah]', or most people just say 'Frigid [blah blah]'. Not sure on writing the Jobs though ahahaha

I think this is an ok explaination?
