i tried this frozen break in on my new peng, and it did give it a more broken in feeling... it was softer for sure... less poofy... im pretty sure it didnt hurt it, it was only in the freezer for about 20 mins...
To brinard: thanks dude and to everybody else, I will continue to test this with my footbags and maybe try individual studies, but after the 4th time on my abshire I must say that it gets plusher by each freeze and I see no detrimental damages done to the footbag, and no over stretching, and the thread is in perfect condition as well. I did try the lotion freezing on non ultrasuede material on a footbag which was made by me and it seems to work as well or better if you freeze it with lotion btw floss is safe in the fridge since my footbag was made from floss

if anyone is wondering if it works with sandbags it works fine. Ive had mine for like 3 days and its almost completely broken in. Ive washed it, put it in the freezer for 15 min, and ive tried using that liquid fabric softner. it all seems to work
I am going to set up a scientific test to figure out if this works at all.
I will take same size squares of a colour of facile, some get frozen, some don't, then you compare afterwards.
It's silly to just be like 'ooohhh hummmmm I thiiiiiiiiink it's working.. i am going to keep doing it because it soooooooooounds like it should work...'
This test could be taken even further, you could machine wash some and handwash others and so on.
freazing it in a glass of water does nothing. that just compresses the bag. having water in the bag but not outside it , will hypotheticlly strech the stitching and fabric.

it does look cool though

idk..my peng definitely feels more broken in every time it could be placebo so it should be interesting what you find. but tom are you just going to feel the fabric? doesnt seem to scientific..but how else would you do it? maybe have someone mark the fabric, and then you, being blindfolded, feel the two, not knowing which they were and then decide, haha im so scientific

Actually it's pretty easy to tell if a fabric is "broken in" pretty accurately. If you have a pretty strong magnifying glass, you would for sure be able to tell the difference between the material that's broken in and the material that's not. I mean, if there's a visible difference in the fabric after it's been frozen, then there you have it.
