:::Bump:::

So, I have not really hung out after sessions. At least not the ones I've been to and that sucks. Kicking and then going home is what the suckas do. That's not how CIC rolls.

Speaking of which, lately I've been riding my bike more often and I generally look forward to the ride home. Particularly if I'm alone, then there's no one else to worry about and I just blast my headphones and crank at my own pace. I used to dread riding home (9 miles) from the Oak Street Beach or Grant/Millennium Park. Since I've learned to appreciate just being out and riding around it's more of a pleasant relaxing tour than manual transportation.

Climbing up 3 flights of stairs with a bike on your shoulder after riding 18 miles and kicking for hours---> THAT FUCKING SUCKS!!!!!!

I've been trying to get this state of mind, and it's working. I used to ride my bike for hours when little. but now it's always to get somewhere, and that's why it sucks - but getting better.

For footbag even, sometimes I'm kicking in the evening and think of going home, but then I think - what's better to do there?

Speaking of chilling after - what I miss most by not having a car is being able to go to y'all's house after and chill. I try and chill after seshes and talk for a bit lately - usually with Nathan and Freddy.

My place will be cool for chillin after 60618 sessions, eventually. Must acquire more consumer goods. Right now there's kinda limited seating & nothing to do...

We gotsta kick it sometime soon.
