Modded Shoes Look Bad/Ugly ?

Do you believe modded shoes look bad? I cannot believe how much lately I've been hearing people (mostly, n00bs

) saying how they believe modded footbag shoes look ugly. Like, they will be judged as a D-bag for life by wearing modded lavers.

I believe modded shoes are sexy as hell. Also, they show you as an individual. which seems hard to find, at least around my neighborhood

I just find it absurd so I started a poll for my own interest, so, how do you feel ?

I think modded shoes look better than a fresh pair. I think out of the box lavers are way to perfect, then look better if you tske an exacto knife to 'em. Thats if I cared about how they looked, It just matters how they play.

Even when dirty, shred shoes have charm. They give you an identity and experience toward footbag. You do all sorts of mods on them, even mess around with a few sharpie designs on them. No matter what, they look freakin' fly on the go and while you shred.

In any case, why would people care what you wear on your feet? Sassy-ass fashion faux-pas experts they are.

modded leather lavers look the best. Modded mesh you can barely even tell they are modded.

But, you know. I dont wear my modded lavers to the emmys or anything. Oh wait, we're footbaggers, we don't care if were judged?

Yeah mesh lavers you can barely tell they're modded. I sharpied mine and they looked hawt as at first but now they've sort of bled a little and they're filthy and I can't wash them for fear the sharpieness will get all over it everywhere

Maybe spray paint next time?

Spray paint flakes off of shoes with use, and it could stain your bags. In short, I wouldn't suggest it.

i love the look of modded lavers... they are a big part of our sport... i don't wear them around... i got other shoes for that.. i just strap em' on when it's time to shred

Holy frick moded lavers turn me on. Haha, I love looking at them. Freshly modded ones are f'king hott. The more scuffy and old and dirty lavers are, the more you love them (if theyre your own). Its a personal attraction.

I think, honestly, that modded shoes look stupid. It's fine if you're playing footbag in modded shoes, but walking around in them in your daily life just makes you look like a tool. Just my opinion though.

And yes, I do mod my shoes.

I love the way my leather lavers look after I modded them. THe black ones look sexy, b/c even if they get dirty, the black doesn't show the dirt as much as the white ones. Cutting the leather off gives them personality, but I wouldn't mod any other shoes for fear of water getting in my shoes

Hahaha I just saw that last option. Wasn't the suck Dan Feary off in another poll as well? That's so funny. Yeah modded shoes look COOLER IMO, but when they get too dogged out over time they're definitely nasty, just like any other shoe. I've seen some really cruddy ones. I hear some people go through shoes really fast though. I'm still using a pair from almost a year ago, and they're choice, but they don't look beat up or anything.

IMO they look pretty cool even when modded, but once the dirt gets into the mesh, it's impossible to get out and then they look pretty shoddy. I wear mine everyday everywhere anyway though

I soaked mine... in napisan I think? Anyway they came out snow white. They had a watermark half way down but I reckon that would be easy as to get rid of, just soak it again maybe.

I like the dirty laver look. It shoes how much and hard you've been playing. I don't think I will ever wash mine unless the get really black then I wash a scribble 'em up.
