Erik,

That's alternating windmills. ;)

Have you been working on each of the steps on the Wildcat's site? Because I really, really recommend having each step down perfectly before moving on. Also, a lot of it, at least for me, was just getting lucky after trying it one day. I worked on the two ball parts all day, and then just screwed around trying to fit that irritating 3rd ball in. Eventually, I got it, but it's a difficult process. :(

I'll film some juggling this weekend's shred session, but I'm not sure when it'll get up. Hopefully pretty soon.

Props Daryl!
Especially for the ducking stuff - for me it's mad hard. Props for mills mess too, although I found it "unnaturally easy" when I just started doing that. Burke's Barrage is my Mills Mes, I still haven't figured out how it goes. :D

 I learned Take Outs last week. :)

No, I wish. :( That'll definitely be my next prop as soon as I get good at 4-ball and learn 5-ball.

I borrowed a set of clubs from my local juggling club, I can cascade but that's about it so far. I can do double flipping cascade too, more soon.

Ive been juggling ALOT lately.

My new roomate juggles with me and we are pushing eachother, it's rad.

Mill's Mess! Yes!
It's so much easier than I thought it would be. It's basically the same as alternating windmills, but, like, instead of underhand > underhand > underhand [repeat], it's overhand > underhand > underhand [repeat]. Well I think that makes sense. I know I'm hitting it now though :D

How long session do you guys have? And how many per day?

I juggle like 15 minutes, a couple of times a day.

Yeah, I can never really play for too long because I feel like I run out of stuff to do. Sometimes I can go for half an hour to an hour, though, if I play to music (I can juggle to my favourite band and just do, like, mostly cascade just to the music and it's really fun. I like to do really fast, low cascade to power metal 8)), or am trying to learn a new trick. But generally maybe 15-30 minutes a couple times too.

15 minutes for me too. I don't even juggle every day, for me it's "just" a pastime and something to do when I'm too tired to shred. But that doesn't change the fact that juggling is damn fun! :)

Do anyone's eyes get "fuzzy" from focusing on the balls to much?

I find that I don't really look at the balls at all, but just look more or less straight ahead and use peripheral vision for almost every trick. I move my eyes a little, but not enough for my head to move, or for me to really notice any movement.

What would be the easiest trick where you got your other hand up, like in Pendulum and Factory...?

I can look people in the eyes while juggling the easier the patterns. That's pretty cool, the reactions are funny. :D

Ive recently started messing round with some bar flair stuff, i can do shaker spins either side and catch it behind my back off a spin and catch it behind my head etc. Ive been working on a few combos too.

I also juggled 3 empty Malibu bottles the other night!

I did this neat trick today.
It's like a "kick" with the back of my elbow, like on my elbow, on the back of my arm, with my forearm at a 90 degree angle facing down at the ground. So I did cascade with one ball alternating elbow kicks. It felt really neat :)
