yeah same leg. it hurt most when he was on my shin (for the tank) and on my ankle bones. well. i guess thats kinda leggish. whatev.

it was tolerable pain. but bones are painful. never get one on a bone/thin skin area

oh shit! i just found my lost pengbag! it was in a pair of pants i took off, and put back in the drawer. when i put th epants on today, i felt the lump in my pocket, started smiling, and reached in. then i started jumping up and down cause i found my lost footbag. i love that footbag. i was depressed all week since i misplaced it.

also, i shreded for about half an hour yesterday, trying all guiltless. i did it, but my strings were always 3-4 tricks long. then drop. i guess i need to work string length now...

i also decided i wanted to start doing double down type stuff, like paradon, and all that other shit.

ill try all that shit tonight, before i really start working.

also, man, last night at work i fell asleep for 2 whole hours. i was finished painting the floor, and fell asleep on a couch. and man it was great.

Go to footbag.org, and look for Anssi Sundberg's Trick tip videos. He has a lot of solid advice on DDD, DOD, Paradon etc. Then there's a ton of other helpful videos that are commonly incorporated in advanced freestyle. Look it up! It's starting to help me alot.

jeez. these past few days have sucked major balls.

ive been fighting with my other...
also im broke.
and im out of drugs.

i made like 5 footbags in teh last 3 days. sick huh? well. 4p's i can make in half an hour ish...32s are bout 4

i played footsak for about 1 hour today (altogether). i practiced smear and eggbeater alot. also osis and whirl. huh.. today was an advanced freestyle day....
i also made my first internet sale for footbags. to nahtanhoj. it was a bag intended for a trade, but he orded any i had made... which was the new unclaimed footbag.

made myself some beer money i guess... or green...

oh well...

i really like these 4p's ive made.. ive got to make em alittle more consitant in the filler area, but the stitcing is solid. how filled to you make a 4p? ive never owned one other then the ones ive made... oh and i got a sale for one of those too...

I would say filled half-way. Whenever I make 6-panels I try to do that.

What kind of filler is a different story. The usual consensus is sand, but experiment with it.

ah. monday. footbag meeting at 230, and im supposed to work... ill just come in at 5 or something.

i hope today i get to work on symp bubba, bubba beater (gotta hit that today) ducking pixie stuff. id like to get some 10+ tiltless, but i dont know if i want that or dificult tricks... my sessions are kinda weak, i gotta build my endurance back up... its summertime and all...

i think i fixed my problem.. i was gonna sell a footbag, and trade a footbag. so now im gonna switch the footbags, and everyone will be happy.

i want to shred now! oh and today is the test on my 2 4p i got made...

also, over the weekend, some (drunk) doosh punched a hole in my wall. it will be paid for soon. and fixed by me...

i cant wait for my next shipment from toray!

im ready to leave. im at work, and i dont wanna be here. its nice outside so im going to go play footbag!!!

oh well. guess im gonna shred by myself tonight, cause my shred buds cant get their rides together....

today sucked, but just got better....

so first i went to work, and my boss iss late... so i wait...

then i get to work on my own, and dropped a film set piece on my foot (left big toe/other toes) it was an entire 8x8 wall. my toe isnt broken, but i prolly wont play much footbag till its not so swollen or painful.

but then i got home, and my buds said they cant come shred... oh well...i couldnt really shred anyways.

so then i decided to cook dinner.. .but what...

!!!!!!!!!!!!!HOT WINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

man, i pulled this one outa my ... hat...

they were amazing. from scratch, came awesome fucking hot wings.

with ranch...

then when i was pouring out my frying pot, i saw some blue shit out of the corner of my eye...

AQUARIUM ROCKS!!!!!!!!!

im gonna make a footbag tonight, and ill test it as a filler.... but ill add lead as well...

and now its 630 pm, and i think im about to go trace out a bag for an order... cya...

okay, im going to bed in a second, but i wanted to post cause its cool.

today, while fucking around with new tricks, i hit a barrage. and swirl. and dso. and bubba beater.

i had 2 redbulls, 1 before sesh, and one after a break in the sesh. ((4 hr session)), so i was able to pull some shit off im normally too tired to hit. or maybe i just did it, and the redbulls did nothing.

either way, im very proud of myself, and i like all these tricks.

man, what a great day for shred. i got to smoke all day, and i got to shred late afternoon.

i had a great 2 hr session today.

i started withthe normal warm up, and that made me push it.

i hit a clean bubba beater 3 times today (like 5-8 tries midstring)

i also hit ducking smear. any body know what thats called?

thats a 4 add right?

oh well.

ive been bidding on those bright yello climacool 1s, but an asshole bid over 50 dollars for them, and i dont wanna spend too much more than that... i think ill just out bbid him at like 3 am or whatev.

also, im going to the north alabama comp. im hoping i rock the novice catagory. im hitting some 3 add stuff alot in my strings (13ish contacts usually) so we'll see.

i made a few new bags for a trade. here is one..

well. i think im ready to go watch some tv and chill.

i had a great sesh, with some cool new tricks tonght.

ive been trying to footbag everyday since i have that tourney coming soon.

yesterday i hit pixie ss illusion, and day before i hit assassin.

im stoked. ive hit about 5 -10 new tricks this month.

tho with the advancement, comes set back.

i started getting knee pains last night. i iced my knee for about an hour, and have been taking it easy.

im gonna go play at the skatepark later, and ill skate too. i plan on only working tiltless, so i can get some long strings. ill thro in some 3 adds tho.

so a few new tricks since the beginning of june include

and im not sure if these are super new but

datw is getting nice.

i hope i dont strain my knee too much tonight. cant take an injury to a tourney and expect good results.

i shredded for about 2 hrs yesterday.

didnt hit anything new, but had a frustrating session still.

i guess i needed a day of rest.

i got out bid for those yellow climas. went for 115$. yeah, one hudnred fifteen usd.

fuckers.

oh well.

my knee hasnt really botgherd me today. thats good.

man, if i didnt have to pay rent today, id have won those god damn shoes.

im thinking i might have a jam for my birthday. we'll see.

itd be in nashville, at my college (pavement and smooth concrete)

so i played for a bit today.

it felt iffy, but i gave it some three adds. my knee has been acting weird. like behind my knee cap, it feels loose, but numb but painful. probably tore something huh? sometimes it dosent hurt, but starts when i shred primarily toe game. weak.

but anyways, i hit drifter twice today (only hit it like 1 time before).

i also made my best footbag yet on friday. its red with white, and is a bad mutha fucker. i made it with low gather. sooooo amazing. i cant wait till i get to break it in some. (1 hour of play on bag sofar)

i had some drama with my fried over the weekend. he thought i stole his bag. but whatev, he just lost it. i didnt steal it.

i think im gonna smoke a cigar and hit the bed. cya tomorro footbag kids.
