Perhaps if you could change things a bit it could still work...

The issue here is not necessarily tangibility, but duration. The requirement is that the Eagle Project must have a lasting effect on the community. Perhaps if you found a place to clean up and restore (an old park, for example) and then used it as the location for a tournament (using the proceeds to donate.) That way you could incorperate footbag but still have the lasting effect.

Hey Waylon,

In case you didn't already know, Highland Park is just down the road from New Brunswick, where you can take the train to from Penn Station. New Brunswick is on the Northeast Corridor Line, and from the train station in N.B., its probably just a twenty minute walk over the bridge into Highland Park. 20 Minutes at the outside.
