Insoles

I got a new pair of Nastase's, and also some spenco insoles today in the mail. I've never used other insoles other then stock, and I was wondering do I take out the Nastase insole's all together (they are exactly like laver insoles) and put the spenco ones in, or do i put them back in after I mod them and then just put the spenco's on top?

you should remove the laver insole. otherwise, you foot may not fit in the shoe with both insoles in place

I represent both the stock insoles, as well as some dr.scholls ones.

I suggest you do whatever feels most comfortable. That's usually a better course of action when it comes to something that's different for everyone...as opposed to listening to someone elses advice and finding out that their feet are different from yours.

i have never used any insoles in any of my lavers. it helps my crank, and gives me a comfortable feeling of being as close to the ground as possible. i have never had shin splints.

all i use is the dr. extra support from wally world. i dont know how people play without supports, my knees would die

playing without insoles also means that i have to cut my brocka really low. but its definitely worth it...cant imagine playing any other way.

I've only tried one pair and thats the Dr. Scholls memory foam, they work great, I wouldnt change them for anything else.

they are extremely uncomfortable, make you more likely to have shin splints, and have much less support/ shock absorbtion....overall they just plain suck.

I switched my insoles, and both of my friends switched theirs...we all agree we would never consider going back to stock insoles.

I dont think there is anything wrong with the stock insoles because I have never had problems with them, but then again I dont know how it feels to have better insoles cause I have never tried different ones. I guess its whatever feels good to you.
