The back is fine now. And I have been playing really well, I hit some new links and move, and I feel stronger overall.

Gauntlet
Double Merkon ( Spinning double switchover )
Arch Nemesis
Scorpians tail gyro toe ( or rake? )
Fury Flipside and BSoS
Jani Walker > Sunil walker both sides
Jani Walker > Fury
Fury > Pheonix both sides

And some more new links I can't think of.

See you all at spike and shred. 8)

Footbag.org has a lot of the jobs and stuff. Far is just like paradox for tricks that don't get the paradox add, like butterfly's and barfly's and stuff like that.

I had a session with Pat last night, and it was hardcore. I missed having somone to play with all the time. We are going to school a lot this summer. I didn't really hit anything new, but pat was playing great for taking a long break. He hit lots of 5's mid shred, and was hitting whirr and double blender like nothing. Good stuff and a shitload more to come. I will see you all in Montreal, whoever is going, and pat might come up saturday.

Peace!

Maybe I'll get to play tommorow, but damn, I haven't gone this long without footbag in awhile. I'll let you know how it goes, Oh yeah and I have to take the ACT's tommorow :( PEace!

<kickass2>

Wow I haven't posted in almost 4 Months!

Modified takes up a lot of time to read and post and everything, I guess I started giving up, I have been reading important topics and watching new videos mostly. I have still been playing footbag as much as possible, I just got back from KICKASS 2 on Sunday, and I had the best time at a tournament this whole year.

I want to thank Tom and Peng and everone else who helped with the production of this tournament. It was great seeing so many of my favorite footbaggers in one spot, shredding, partying, and of course being footbaggers.

I had a great time doing the Circle competition again, and I think that it is a great new way of competition. Everyone seems to be preferring Circle over Shred 30/Routines. I still like them though...

I can't wait for the Cornell juggling festival, its coming so soon and I will be able to see a lot of you again soon.

The juice bar in Kingston was off the hook, that was the first time I could order my own drinks, and let me tell you.... that was expensive and very good at the same time. Thanks to everyone that helped me when I was in my drunken stupor.

Peace out!

Nothing but crap on my end after KICKASS2. I haven't been playing up to par at all, I think some of it may have to do with my shoes, they are really at the end of their life. But a lot of it is mee too I think, I need to get out of this funk, allthough I have gotten down flipside barflies and osis pretty well, i'm bringing it back to basics. I hope I play well at Cornell, I can't wait to go and see you all again so soon! Leave me some messages, how do you get out of your footbag funk? Help please?

Ok, it is time for me to refresh my blog and try to keep posting in it. I really need to start getting more serious about my game again, and I think this is the only way to do that. I need to school new tricks and drills, and I need to keep track of what I do. From now on I will have a write up of each session. Lately I have been sessioning only like every other day and I want to increase this to 5-6 times a week at least.

For an update on life, I have been trying to eat a lot healthier and taking all my vitamins. I'm taking a shake everyday that has all your required minerals, vitamins and protein. Also I have been going on 2 mile runs every chance I can get. Things are going well, just been working and going to school a lot. I need to find more time to do footbag and other things that I enjoy.

On a side note, I wish I had a camera so I could film and make my own videos, but I have no time to do such a thing. Pat has a good camera, but he lacks time to film and create videos, so we are both in the same boat. I shred with Josh maybe 2 - 3 times a week now, and pat and I shred almost every other day.

I'm up for suggestions on anything that could possibly increase the potential of my game. I have the craving to have a footbag jam aswell I think that this would inspire me a lot, because it always does. So if any of the Rochester crew or anyone else close are up for a jam, just lemme know.

I'm looking forward to GRASS this year, and not to mention Worlds. Very stoked for these. Let's hope I can keep my shit together and keep up my health program and shred schedule.

SELLING FOOTFIGHTERS STILL!
PM me if your interested!

I'll post again soon!
PEACE! :D

Sunil Walker x3
Furious ss whirl
spinning whirl > tomahawk rpt.
Alpine Blurry Whirl > Maelstrom
Whirlygig > Maelstrom > Food Processor

stepping mirage>pixie op whirl > stepping whirl > pdx whirl rpt.
DOD swirl>merkon>DOD swirl>merkon>DOD swirl

Some decent stuff from last night, pat and I had a good session. Pat hit something like 10 Whirrs, and a string like whirr>osis>infinity>whirr>whirr> osis>infinity>whirr>whirr>whirr>double blender and some nice shred in there too.
I was in awe, nothing that special from me just regular stuff.

Update's again soon!
