good small session today.. altough unlucky at some points, in a good run it would end by either stepping on shoelaces that just untied, or spinning and having the bag so close to my face to stun me.. either ways

cant recall what I hit, but I think I had a run with osis>drifter midstring
not sure about the rest, hit a couple of flip pdx whirls too

some good drills..

Yeahhhhh!!!! just watched your vid, your spinning is getting soooo smooth! And your paradons are looking really nice, I can't seem to get that trick although I haven't spent much time on it I guess..

pixie ducking osis was sick too!

Your game looks a lot better than the last vid I saw, awesome man!

Thanks for the comments on last vid Fletcher! Always apreciated to have feedback :)
Another player from Montreal (Koa) also mentionned he thinks I really improved lately. Something I havent really realised, but you never realise your own progress, always putting the bar of your skill level expectation too high ( thats what I do..)

so... first sess since last friday:
I wasnt really rusty or anything, I could hit all the tricks I tried too. but I did'nt feel confortable. Right lower leg was hurting me like a bitch, so no symposiums.. I even stoped doing pixies at one point. Ducked pixies on both sides but no moves, did'nt push too much because of the pain.
ducking clip>spin clip> repeat first try
weaving clip>diving clip>ducking osis bsos
ended sess on 2 consec flip moves: spin clip>pdx whirl

Hopefully tomorrow I'll be feeling better

shin splint on right leg.. first time ever, used to have those when I started freestyle on left leg.. oh well
today!
a good pixie shuffle of 4 contacts .. (this is huge for me :d)
plo>magellan>plo>plo>drop on dimwalk

many bad runs
20 mins wasted trying zulu clip>spin clip>rpt
ended up hitting spin clip>zulu clip>rpt

5 consec spin clip twice
6 consec flipside spin clip!!!

bah frustrating sessions, so many idiots always coming next to me while I'm shredding and just standing there.. soooo annoying

spent a lot of time drilling spin clip>gyro clip> rpt .. I seem to have problems to spin out of gyro, anyways Ive had some progress but did'nt hit the drill completely yet, I can do it by piece tough

other drill was smear>plo>rpt, ended up hitting the first 3 many times, but pixie out of flip smear is still a hard thing, anyways I know I will hit this soon enough, and drill the shit out of it to gain pixie confidence.

quantum buterfly many times
even some clean ones 8O
almost injured/killed my weak ankle on a quantum buterfly too! but I'm ok no problem, fell on my ass miserably for the third time in my footbag career (once trying surging set last summer, once trying whirlwind 2 months ago)

anyways.. 3 sessions only this week, I would love to have time to play 6 hours a day.. pain does'nt stress me, until I feel it can become an injury factor.

update -
tonight I was waiting on gf to leave work and she's late as always, .. this is an afrikan habbit to be late..

anyways kicked in pants for 5 mins and even tough I did'nt hit anything, I footed spinning whirl 5 times, and had some promessing inspinning attempts, footed some too!but it feels weird for now..

good session today
hit gyro dlo at least 5 times, including midstring
spinning whirl twice, one sealed to a osis, the first one was hand catch but had a good set
some promessing frantic trials, altough I need to learn quantum properly, but it was fun to try
flip quantum seems possible now! I can dex the set but the set is too low.
muted pixie clipper>gyro legover (I think this combo is sweet)
had a good run that started with diving clip>ripwalk>ducking clip>spin clip>symp whirl but I had to drop soon enough since shoelaces untied.....
close to double spinning, the bag hit my shoulder has I was going for the legover... making it a spinning merkon! dbl spin clipper seems really hard still, but legover seems doable
and a vasek like trick : clip set>flapper kick>rev swirl

thanks Fletcher!
but what I would really want is hitting a 6 out of a variation of spin whirl
either whirlwind or spin blender..
whirlwind I dexed it couple of times before, but I have problems setting the bag correctly for it
spin blender .. well I never hit pdx blender, but I came closer to spin blender then pdx blender.. weird...

had my first session in g-units, never played more then 15 mins in them before.
small adjustments, I could hit most of the stuff I can, including gyro dlo :D
spins needed lot of work at first, but I managed to hit this drill for the first time!
gyro clip>spin clip> repeat!
sealed it to osis, but could have gone for another gyro out of the last spin
footed the last trick tons of times before hitting it.

I love the squeaky sound the insole makes on the floor.. but I rather play in lavers. I'll use them once in a while.
practitced tiltless for over 30 mins too.
