questions that confuse the hell outa you
feel free to post question. example: if a tree falls and no one hears it does it make sound. Okay heres some questions ive been wondering about (these may be stupid but im sure someone will post a question thats good). Anyway what does a mirror look like with out a reflection in it. #2 if you see a truck and its all blurry and you put a mirror up to your face where you can see the mirror clearly but the reflection of the truck is still blurry.
Now with time and space... i read comments on a blog in ign.com people and what i pulled from it is that time really doesnt exist. Time is just recordings of movement or changes. and that if you have no movement or changes then you would not be able to tell time. But i counter that with this well that would be called frozen in time or something of that sort but i say that your not frozen in time because time is more around you so time would not have stopped it just wouldnt exist. Then some person used this scenerio2 planes have the same time on a clock and they travel one direction and the other travels the opposite. they travel around the world meet up again. The two clocks have different time. Which one is correct and he said both of them. Explain to me how that works. The story was somthing like that. Along with that some people that that time shouldnt be a dimension and along with that people think that time and space should have a seperate dimension. o well i dont really understand any of this

Considering that the mirror would reflect nothing, including light, I think it would just be black.... or 100% transparent.
About the clocks, thats einstein's theory of relitivity I think. Its really interesting stuff!
I can't think of any questions at the moment, but If I do, I'll post them! Fun topic.

yeah your mirror thing makes a little sense. since indeed with nothing to reflect it would reflect the color of light it is in. In fact now that i think about it that would kinda be like camaflauge lol you wouldnt see the mirror since its reflecting with shade of light. The reason i brought this one up is that you would think that a mirror would have to look like something since its made of rock isnt it? but yeah either 100% transparent or 100% camoflauged.

no object could be seen by the eye if light didn't reflect off of said object.. so instead of a mirror the object could be a black hole - what exactly the object is shouldn't really make a difference with that question.Anyway what does a mirror look like with out a reflection in it. #2"

great so now we have a black hole mirror any other ideas seriously. the mirror would not reflect light so really if you can get something to reflect no light it would create or be a black hole? yes it wouldnt matter what object is in this question but it does matter because of the fact all mirrors do is reflect light is why you came to the conclusion of it being a black hole and it wouldnt matter which object. plus a mirror would help give off more ideas since it is ment to reflect
i understand what you were saying its my bad for being unclear. i was saying that because of the fact that mirrors, well actually i guess mirrors reflect light being reflected by objects and that why i said its true that it would matter what object it is it still would have the same outcome but a mirror because of its "purpose" it made your conclusion of a item that reflects no light becomes/is a black hole. though a black hole isnt an object, which makes this question useless or at least this answer.
in simplicity i was agreeing with you but saying that a mirror made it easier to think what you thought

He didn't ask about a mirror that reflects no light, he asked about a mirror with out a reflection in it.
By definition a mirror has a reflection, and if you have a mirror without a reflection, you have something other than a mirror.
Something that absorbs all light will appear black. Something that permits all wavelengths to pass through itself unaltered will appear clear. A non-reflective surface most certainly has nothing to do with a black hole.

Yeah, it's to do with relitivity. Another analogy is if two twins lived apart... one at the top of the tallest mountain, and one near the ocean. After years of living apart, the the one on the mountain would actually have aged less and therefore, be younger than their twin on the coast.Bander87 wrote: About the clocks, thats einstein's theory of relitivity I think.
