Finally watched your video. After reading the comments i was expecting something good.....but not that good. Damn you have been improving, great stuff, really insperational and made me want to shred so bad.

Kind of depressing that i still cant kick but hope to shred with you again some time soon.

I wana join in, but after my exams (or atleast my internal assesment which is 1 more week) finishes.

What do you count as playing or not playing? Is half an hour of footbag minimum time to be counted as "playing"?

thx scott :) hopefully you can play soon, I want to shred with you too :)

sorry henry... I didn't play yesterday :( if only I had known. Nah, my bdoy really NEEDED a day off, and I need insoles, friggen shin splints are getting to me lately. 18 days in a row is crazy... and yeah, I agree with the 1 hour minimum. I almost never shred for under an hour.

How about we race when Nic has finished his assessment?

Ok 1 hour minimum, does this count only solo sessions? I normally 'solo' with Toby when I can.

I will start on the 2nd or 3rd of June when my internal assesment is over :) will be good to keep me sane during exams.

I hit locomotion ages ago I just hadn't done it for a while  oh yeah, that was probably my first 6... I forgot about it haha.

May 31st
Length:
1 hour 30 mins (Total since 19/01/06: 85 hours)
Drilled: Clippers, Butterfly, Ducking, Osis, Tiltless.

Good session :D didn't do anything spectacular it just felt good and I was enjoying playing again, which is good. Probably cause I stayed away from whirls for most of it hehehe.

55 tiltless... was bummed when I dropped at 55, I felt like I could have kept going for a lot longer but bleh I just dropped it on a legover :( oh well, new pb :)

5 ducking clippers... I'm such a n00b :x but they're getting better, I could probably hit more if I wasn't such a perfectionist, but they will rock the house in the end. Also diving drifter, felt cool. I like the name, too... 'diving drifter' it's cool.

still working on flip clipper.... still uber lame... audible sigh... oh well, it will get better eventually.

Played some more with double dyno, a lot better this time! Actually feasible that I will hit it very soon now... cleared the dexes a lot of times. I want to skool rev whirling gyro, that's just too hot a set to pass up. (can anybody say rev whirling vortex? mmmmm yeah) friggen hard though :?

ohhh yeah. DATW, finally... although I don't know if I've ever tried before. out-in of course.

I have to capture a whole bunch of footage today because the hard drive fried and I lost it all, so while it's transfering (5 hours worth) I'm gonna shreeeeddddd wooooo

edit: oh yeah, storyboarded the intro for my footbag short film last night.... super pumped, hoping to film it on sat..... can't wait to get started on it my creative juices are practically exploding in anticipation :D :D

June 1st
Length:
1 hour (Total since 19/01/06: 86 hours)
Drilled: Clipper, Butterfly, Ducking, Osis, Drifter.

Fun session :) Saw improvement on butterfly form which is good, my sides are gradually evening up! Ducking still getting slowly better (maybe if I devoted some more time to it...) but i got really close to diving clipper > ducking clipper rpt which is harder than it sounds cause my flip diving is terrrrible.

Other than that drilled drifters for a few minutes and discovered if I concentrate on the set rather than the dex and catch then I'm more consistent, woo! Got 18 rpt, which I'm happy with. Worked on flip pdx drifter a lot, pdx drifter > osis > op clip rpt to get used to stringing it. Also improved form on this. Was getting 3-4 rpts regularly :)

Got 22 guiltless pretty quickly. Not a rec I don't think but happy with that for less than 5 mins work :)

More session tonight

50 min session last night.

Just fooled around hitting strings and whatnot. Hit some good strings... favourite was:

toe drifter > Ducking clipper > osis > infinity > ducking butterfly > ducking pdx mirage > infinity > osis > osis > some other stuff

filmed the intro today... can't wait to edit :D:D
