Real life is funny too ;D

Post by Guest_2 »

Ever had one of those really funny "real life" moments that resulted in hysterical laughter?

I was coming home from adoption support group tonight. Some car rockets out of a parking lot and halfway into my lane. I said, out loud "What the hell are you doing, you clown?!?!"

It was then I got a look in the car. The driver was, an ACTUAL clown. Red nose, makeup and wig.

I laughed for about six miles.

uh, I dont really see how thats funny, but....

Anyway, I hate bugs. Not all bugs, just like spiders and big hardshelled beatles. I was shredding with my friend max and I messed up a juster, so my bag flew into one of the little patterns and under my porhc, and the only way under there is to through a bush and under the porch steps (they figured nobody would ever go under there when building the house, I guess). So Anyway,we crawl under there, through about 10 large spider webs, and after all of that, once we get the bag, we sit there and talk for a few minutes. After that I realized where I was, and thought out loud "why the fuck am I still under the porch?!"

so yeah, I guess thats kinda funny.

I visited my old work the other day - a major hardware store chain. I was there to get paint for my parents place as I was taking a week off to help them paint the outside of the house.
Anyway, I've walked up to the paint counter and after seeing Rodger (a bit of a joker, quick witted and always ready to have a dig at workmates), I threatened to ring the bell to call for assistance.
He's called out "You ring that, and I'll break your arm".
I remembered that they hated that bell and took the batteries out of the unit at one stage, so I asked, "You taken the batteries out again?"
He replied, "Yeah, you Mum's using them".
I laughed and said, "On that note, Rodger, this is my Dad."
He was standing next to me (but hadn't heard Rodgers comments, thankfully), and Rodger went white! It was priceless.
Comment in the BCS blog if you feel the need to.

Tonight was my graduation commencement!

My buddy Mike was behind me as we all walked on stage to get out diplomas. I got mine, and shook the principals hand.

On a $9 bet: Mike shakes the principals hand-grins, and slaps his ass

Then he shakes a few hands of executive and board director folks who get paid a bunch to do nothing...and there are 2 females. He gives them a hug and picks them up :-D

<---watched footbag vids on his portable mp3 player during the ceremony :-D
