yeah im beter now and i lost the bet =( but i got 14 at home just couldnt prove it at school cause of my baggy pants but i think that when that bag gets here i should improve way more and ima go work with my uncle for like a month or two so ima buy me some lavers or wetever them shoes are caled or something like that so i can play beter and them streches have kinda helped me to last a bit longer than my usual 30 mins of play

Thats a shame you lost the bet, I could've sworn you were gonna win. Glad those stretches helped out, the longer you push yourself to play, time-wise, the longer you'll be able to go each session. When you get some Laver's, your game will improve. You'll have to re-learn your basic kicks but it'll be worth it.

hi im angel and im new to th sport of footbag too i just started about two weeks ago nd i can only hit it about ten or 11 times so witout much effort i just wanted to kno if there's anything i can do that can help me get better oh and i was wondering if anyone had a mr. sandbag that they don't use anymore because i would really really want one please thanks it would much appreciate if you could help me out with that thanks alot

A good idea would be to get your kick's to somewhat 25-40.Then get good toe stalls.Also it's a good idea to crank your ankle from the start

thanks for the help ill try my best at gettin to 25-40 then start stalls and delays and i think i might be obsessed wif footbag because if im not outside chylen with my friends then im at home practicing with my girl because she likes fotbag too and we started together
