a waste of time???
dont you guys get upset when people make fun of footbag in general, calling IT a waste of time?
at least have a little respect for the things, they're works of art!!!
i think those bags are all fuckin sweet as hell. props to whomever has the patience and skill to create a round product from that many panels.
im dissapointed in you guys

I'm really an awful stitcher, but on your bags mtelman, pull the thread a little bit more, it makes your bags better and less filler escapes.
The man stitched a 152 panel footbag. I'm pretty sure he knows how to make something the filler doesn't escape from.
And why are you giving him a suggestion like that and even admitting in the beginning that you really don't know what you're talking about?

Well Thx for the thought. But that bag is still being kicked after 10 yrs and although it looks loose its not. I sew flat. all seems get sewn and no filler leaks out. NO BLEED HOLEs.

New Footbags from TechnoKicks.com
both of the those pictured are pig suede. but now all i use is Facle(UltraSuede Light). I have cut out one more 152 out of facle and will sew it when i get some extra time. so about a month or so I should have pics.
but for now the 4 bags from this week

and one for size

I know there just a little bigger then you guys like but they are all ultrasuede light and weight 45gm or so. they are filled with glass pellets (NOT SEED BEADS which have hole so break up). they are about 2.25 inches

hey, you sold a 48 to zach jahner right? the glass beads rang a bell.
as for the bleedholes...i think freestyle requires them because of the sutlties of play, just like like a bass, you need to be able to fine tune/calibrate/mess with the action, for it to play just like you want it too.
but for circle kicking and 4 square it doesnt matter that much. my fav square bag is a Juice, about the size of marks bags

Well you can tweek them if you want its just a little harder and requires a pencle and time.
every time that I keep bleed holes outright they leak, bad, so I don't leave them anymore.
And Yes I sold zach the 42 panel with the glass pellet filler. I just love that filler. It shreds like sand and kicks like plastic.

Well we are off topic but amazingly 45gms is less then half on the size i'm stiching. Greg Nelson is kicking one of my 24 panels and is hopefully writing a letter that says that. anyway my Big Nasty Shred Buds just love it so far. Its almost as heavy as lead shot but not toxic and its just smoother for me anyway. I'm learning to freestyle and more time kicking means less time stiching but i just love stitching soooo much it keeps me up at night. I'm finishing my newest 42 panel as we speak. anyway enough rant for now
